There were some enhancements they missed in the initial estimate, so they gave me a price break as they were code mandated. Overall great service, knew their stuff, and did a nice job of fitting the appliances into the available space.

Great high quality service! We got quick over the phone estimate for heater replacement with the price being in the expected ballpark. The technician showed next morning 7:30 as scheduled with 30 minutes advanced notice. The work quality is outstanding!

My hot water heater started leaking on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I got a same day quote from another company to replace the water heater and associated venting to bring it up to code for over $6k (Rheem 40gal PowerVent). On Sunday I got another quote for the same job for over $4k. I waited for Water Heaters Now on Tuesday and they quoted me $2700 over the phone after texting some pics (in addition to filing a rebate with my energy company) for install, removal, and replacing venting to bring it up to code. Both Nate and Jon were extremely helpful and responsive over the phone to get me the quote. When Bruce and Brooks arrived for install, it turned out there was a code change that wasn't visible from the photos would require the unit to vent out a different part of the house and add $700 to the cost; they promptly let me know and had me speak with a supervisor to explain my options. I was very happy with the solution we reached. The price was fair, the work professional, and the process simple. Brooks and Bruce took the time to explain the importance of routine maintenance and said I should expect to receive info in about a year about how to do the basic maintenance myself. They put down a drop cloth to protect my floors. And by requesting a quote through Angi, I was eligible for an additional $150 discount. I don't usually write reviews, but I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Water Heaters now.

The Two technicians were here at 7;30 AM as planned and installed and cleaned up the area and gone by 9:30 am. They showed me how to take care of the water heater in the future and were very helpful. I would like to say they very trustworthy. Kudos to both of them. David Martin - homeowner.

Jake spent about 4 hours installing a hot water heater, replacing a corroded pipe joint, and installing my new kitchen faucet. He worked hard and did a great job!
