Description of Work: Came out and measured two basement windows and gave me a glass block replacement estimate and set up a date for a noon-3 o'clock window install in 2-3 weeks. |I was called around 9:30 that day and said they were 5 minutes away if that would work for me. It did. 3 men, all polite and the job was completed between 1 to 11/2 hours as per estimate.

Description of Work: They built and installed three glass block windows with vents for about $300 each. I did not talk to other glass block companies because the first one I called didn't even answer their phone - too busy? Then I called TCGB because of Angie's List reviews that said they were good and their prices were reasonable. When I called, TCGB answered their phone and first offered advice about stopping water inflow so that I might not even need to replace my windows. But I wanted new windows so I ordered them. They were good about calling me when they something to ask or tell me about the order. On installation day, they arrived a little early. The windows and mortar look good. Time will tell, but I think they did a good job.

Description of Work: Made a call to company asking about replacement of one block in a window. Individual answering phone indicated I should call a handyman; their company only replaces the entire glass block window. It would have been helpful if their company profile stated this info.

Description of Work: We called for an estimate on a Friday. Mike came the next day and discussed our design options as well as quoted us a price for 6 basement windows. We needed to have the windows installed in about a weeks time and they were able to accomodate us. They were prompt and completely professional. They said the work would take about 4 hours and the work was completed within 4 hours. Any mess that was made was cleaned up before they left. We've loved the basement windows that Twin Cities Glass Block installed in our neighbors house about 18 years ago and finally decided to have ours done. Why did we ever wait so long.? Love them.
