It went well. Technician, Jordan, was prompt, pleasant, and professional. Standard installed this furnace and has maintained it since that time always being prompt, pleasant and professional.

Went very well. Tech went above and beyond what would be expected. Replaced batteries in thermostat, checked humidifier, also noticed that our water heater seemed to be leaking and wanted to be sure we knew that. Did a thorough check of the furnace.

It wasn't very much. I like their comprehensive service. They are very responsive. They are really flexible.

Excellent. Older furnace and educated me what to watch for so I don't end up in the cold. Service person was kind to both me and my dog. He offered to change batteries in my thermostat and changed the furnace filter for me as well. Arrived on time and worked efficiently.

Our furnace was over 20 years old so when we came home to a freezing house Thanksgiving night and we assumed we needed a new one. Standard answered their phone right away when we called the next morning (thankfully my parents live close so we had a warm place to slerp)! We called 3 other places too only one other answered or returned our callnd the other place wanted to charge double for holiday labor (it was Black Friday). Standard said it would be normal rate. We called at 9 am and they came at 1:00. Turns out it was just the igniter. We appreciated that the tech was honest, he could have easily told us we needed a new furnace but he just went to his truck, got the part, installed it and was on his way.

The service man arrived at the beginning of the window of time I was given, he had the tools needed with him when he came to the door, He checked the furnace, made the repairs necessary, then gave some helpful suggestions. From the time he drove up until he drove away was one hour.

Very well. Arrived in a timely manner despite horrible road conditions. Finished the service quickly. Very respectful of our property (put booties on upon entering the house). Replaced batteries in the thermostat and a filter in the furnace. Provided quote to replace outdated humidifier. Took the time to explain popping sound the duct work makes when furnace turns on and off and the challenges in getting that fixed.

They were here in less than an hour and completely done in 2 hours.

Arrived promptly. Went right to work. Showed compassion for me and my older furnace. Educated me on the status of the furnace; potential future issues. Completed the work. Then told me about the maintenance program without pressure to sign-up. Great job.

Called them when furnace went out and it was after hours. They called promptly to schedule a technician to come out. I actually talked with him and he suggested i wait and use my space heater for the night to save the 199 bucks. Then he assured me that someone would call at 7am the next day to come out at the cheaper rate to fix the problem. At 710 the next day i got the call. Sercive tech came out a couple hours later within the window they gave me. They ordered the part after talking about my options. Courier came over to drop the part off. Easy installation and good service. Im going forward with a consultation to see if a replacement would be worth it. They said they would credit me 500 bucks for the part that was broken if i indeed opted for a new furnace which was great news.

Niall was the service tech that came out. Our window was 12:00 to 2:00 and he called and was there right at noon. He was very friendly, professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He explained and made suggestions to us for future issues and filters. We were very happy with his work and the cost and would recommend this company to anyone who asks.

The install went very well. However, I'm not sure the furnace works as well as the salesmen said it would.

Great...we have heat and the house is comfortable again. It's easy to take these things for granted until it's gone. Benton was great. PS the part was spendy. No way around that. I was just grateful that he took the time to track it down, get it and install very quickly.

Jeff called and arrived exactly when he said he would; he completed the furnace tune-up with some recommendations & tips; then we discussed my thermostat issue. I eventually went with one provided by Standard Heating. He completed the install & thoroughly gave me a hands-on tutorial on how to program it and use it. Great job from start to finish! I'm very happy I choose them, and I won't hesitate to call them again when I'll need them again in the Spring for the A/C unit to be checked.

It went great, the technician very quickly diagnosed the issue (an oxidized flame sensor) and repaired it by performing a full tuneup of our furnace. He was extremely friendly and fast and I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to use Standard Heating again for future work.

The workmen were great. They did a great job of installing and cleaning up. They showed up on time and worked until the job was completer. Would certainly recommend the company.

Standard has been to the house twice. Once in the summer to remedy a bad job done by Dean's in the past with the AC unit, and once in the winter to help troubleshoot and repair an issue with the furnace. Both times, the tech sent was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and willing to teach me what to look for to avoid future costs. I've joined their service club as a result.

Outstanding sales rep, much different from another company's guy who was a smooth talker. This man was common sense, respected my intelligence, and showed a good way to make this purchase less costly overall.

The furnace was repaired. He sold me a new part for $160.00 that retails at a parts store for $20.00. The part only needed to be cleaned but he talked me into buying a new "and improved" part.He also talked me into a furnace tune-up for a special price of $98.00. That involved blowing out dust with compressed air and taking the burners out and rinsing them off in the laundry tub. A 15 minute job. The job was done and done right but I feel ripped off by the price. He was in and out of my place in 35 minutes

The water heater was not broken. I was going to replace it, but it turns out that it's a very specialized unit and it was quite costly, so I decided to wait to do the replacement. There was no cost for them to come out and do the estimate. They didn't really do any work that I could relate to. They were professional when coming out. They looked at what I have. They explained what I needed, but it was an estimate. I didn't work with any installers or anything like that.

They were very responsive. The receptionist was kind and understanding and gave me the first available appointment, which happened to be Monday 12/2 at 8am. He did a thorough diagnostic and checked everything. He said that the furnace did need to be cleaned and that the manual override button was fault, which could be a reason why the furnace kept going out. He said the system needed to be cleaned out completely first, which we paid him to do. He then told us that if the boiler fails again they would come back out for free and any parts would be discounted. We were so pleased with this deal and the boiler has been working consistently since Monday 12/12.

Very well. Jeff diagnosed and searched for the most reasonable explanation for an unusual problem. He patiently explained options to prevent future issues, keeping my budget in mind.

Seth and Brian did a full assessment--professional, knowledgeable, thorough, explained everything, They fixed the problem, did a tune-up, tested and cleaned everything,and switched out the filters for furnace and humidifier. I will definitely have them back to do regularly maintenance now.

It went very well, although we are still waiting for the electrician and city to sign off on the work.
