 + -1 moreIt went very well. It was done quickly and with full explanation. Seth was informative and actually provided a couple options before going ahead with the work after I concurred. Seth was a true professional.
Description of Work: The furnace didn't always ignite. The problem was in the board. It needed to be replaced. (code 25) Seth came prepared with a replacement unit in the vehicle and had it repaired in short order. Hr also disconnected the humidifier as it was at risk to build up mold and spread through the house

Timing, changes to the work, financing, all of it felt a little disorganized and left something to be desired. Description of Work: I pay a small monthly fee to get regular furnace and A/C tune ups, as well as a discount on other services or repairs needed. A technician was out recently to do a 6 month tune up on the furnace.

He also pointed out a problem with our air exchange; there was an small break in the gasket around the exchanger door that was allowing in warm air and leading to condensation and dripping on to the floor. He suggested a better furnace air filter system which we are pursuing. All in all, a very professional and helpful service call. We are very pleased to have changed from our previous service provider.
Description of Work: Seth did a 14 pt tune up, but provided us with much more new information about our furnace and its condition.

 + -1 moreI called at 8:00 AM. They told me a tech would be out between 11 am and 2 pm. They would call within a 30 minute window. They called at 10:45 a.m. and promptly arrived at 11:15 a.m. The furnace needed a cleaning and the tech took care of it.
