Standard did a good job. They are great at explaining and replacing any parts under warranty. Their warranty exceeds the manufacturer's and included parts and labor for the full 10 years. I would highly recommend.

Good service, easy to schedule and the two man crew was right on time. They had everything they needed. The inside check at the furnace went well, and they changed the filter, which I had ready. Outside, the coil was full of cotton from the cottonwood trees around the neighborhood. They clean all of that out and checked the coolant. A leaky compressor motor capacitor was replaced. Everything was tested and the system is now ready for summer.

Great - he discovered what the problem was quickly, fixed it, and did a full tuneup. Great service!

Very well. They checked out the units, changed filters, adjusted the thermostat, tied down a couple of loose hoses, advised how to correct an unrelated problem, and generally set us up for the coming season.

The service people have always been professional and friendly and explained in lay language any concerns or repairs that are needed. (We didn't even know about furnace filters when we purchased our home---so steep learning curve.) Two thumbs up!!

They are fine. I do it on a plan where they come and do air conditioning and heating, so they take the cost out per month.

I have no problems with them. I would have to give them an A because I have not had any problems with the unit. I think they did well. I would anticipate using them in the future.

The service provider came promptly when expected. I appreciate him telling me I didn't need a whole new unit, but rather just the motor, which saved us some money. They estimated the parts should be in by the end of the week and will be installed within a week. $74 service call, $50 pre-filter, $645 motor assembly. I rated price as N/A since I don't know first-hand if I would have spent more or less using another company.

They, it was fine. There was something about them, that didn't seem to compare to the others.

They made arrangements for the install the next day. The other contractor that was suppose to be here, and the insurance company who insisted that the furnace was a different size than what the city code would allow, the insurance company wouldn't back away but Standard knew exactly what had to be installed in here.

They did a great job. I think at the time, we got three or four quotes and they came in at a really good price; I don't remember if they were the lowest but we really liked everything they were offering. They've done really a good job as far as continued maintenance and everything. I just bought one of those plans where you pay less if they tune up your furnace and then come and tune up your air conditioner six months later. So, they have that. I saw either on Angie's List or Checkbook they weren't rated super inexpensive, they weren't rated real high on much of anything; it's not like they were rated bad, they just weren't rated as high as other ones. But for us at the time, they were competitive in price, they did a great - we really appreciated what they did for install. We've gotten a couple of quotes from them later and they were high and we didn't go ahead with what we were thinking. But I like the company. I think they're professional and they've done a great job.

The tech was on time, knowledgeable and friendly, answered all my questions and seemed thorough (as far as I could tell). Unfortunately, I can't comment on price because we won the service in a drawing at the Home & Garden show.

technician identified problem, there were notations (on the furnace) from the last time there were here to check on the problem. (could not get it to make the noise while there were here the year before) this time - the noise was loud and clear. Took the piece out, went to his truck - assembled the new piece, brought it back and installed it, about 45 minutes total visit.

Great.......friendly staff from the woman that set up the appointment to the technician. Fair prices and excellent service. They installed the new blower motor quickly and had my furnace up and running in 20 minutes after they began working on it.

Excellent! Tech was very friendly and explained everything so I understood what was going on. He corrected the issue and provided me with information to keep things running well before scheduling my next tune-up.

They never returned my initial call. Three business days later I called back to follow up and the person answering the phone sounded flustered when she apologized and told me she would follow up with the person assigned to our case. Seven business days later and I still haven't heard from the company.

They were just able to help me quickly diagnose the problem with my furnace. It ended up being something that was pretty easy to remedy, so they were able to get that fixed on the spot. They were responsive. They were on time.

It was fine. They were here right after we bought the gift card. At that time the cost of service was $100. I would tell other that they work as advertised. The workers were fine.

All went well other than the diagnosis of our humidifier issue. My husband had reduced the problem to 2 issues, but did not have the equipment & time to confirm which of the 2 were the issue. The technician had determined it was the humidistat itself, this was not one of the issues my husband was certain were the problem. The humidistat was new, but that didn't mean it couldn't be bad. With the cost to have the technician replace the humidistat it would have been more cost effective to consider replacement. We chose to wait and think about it. During that time, my husband looked at the issue again and found it to be the wiring of the humidistat that was incorrect (one of the two issues he had assumed it was). My son had rewired as to my husband's instructions and we've had comfortable humidity ever since. This being said, I would definitely hire this company again. I generally go to extreme researching any business that we hire so it was a surprise that they didn't catch the wiring issue. I felt the technician was knowledgeable, informative and pleasant to work with. It may just have been a quirk he did not catch the wiring issue. I contacted the technician's supervisor and they were comfortable refunding the fee.
