We were very pleased with Standard's quick response to our call and the technician's professionalism.

They provide very professional, knowledgeable and efficient service every time. They are very respectful of our home, putting shoe covers on each time they enter to protect floors and carpet. We would not use any other company to service our furnace and air.

I ordered the service and they never called. I had to request a refund.

Went great! The Technician gave me a courtesy call to let me know when he would be at my house. He did a thorough cleaning of my air conditioner and provided feedback on things to look for if it starts to go bad (since it is quite old). He explained which filters I should get for my humidistat, which I greatly appreciated.

Technician was prompt, through, and professional. He was careful to explain everything that he was going to do, and why he was doing it. He then recapped the check up at the end of the visit. He came Within the stated time.

They did a good job. It's still working so that's an "A".

The tune up is overpriced - there is nothing extra they do if you don't have standard radiators (they say those will be bled). I would recommend going with another company to annual tune ups as the same was performed for $200 that a $100 tune up does. The tech came out and vacuumed, removed the heating tubes, cleaned up, checks pressure and checked my zones. Not the friendliest guy, but help diagnose why my boiler was making a gurgling noise and pressure wasn't consistent on heating. Possible that my furnace has sediment or mineral build up preventing even heating of the water.

Great. It's really easy to schedule with this company. The technician called in advance to let me know when to expect him on the day of service. He was very professional and thorough in inspecting the unit. He was able to answer any questions I had and even cleaned off the outdoor compressor. I really like the people at Standard Heating & Air Conditioning and the quality of their work.

Called when on his way. Arrived promptly. Tech was very courteous

They determined it needed a new part. They got the part and installed it. The only glitch was that they miscommunicated about when they could access the part. I was told it would be one day, but it was late the next day. Otherwise, very friendly and efficient.

Well. We called on a Sunday morning and they were there within 2 hours, and were quick about it. Thought the price for the part at $200 was sort of steep when the list price from the internet is under $30.

No problems whatsoever. The technician called when he was on his way, showed up on time and performed all of the necessary work.

I know he is on Angie's List. They were wonderful. We did not compare their pricing with anybody else. We just went through and looked at all the reviews and things. We did not do a comparison check. They were amazing.

I called for a service and they could not give me an appointment time and date. They said they only have waiting list and will call when they can fit the service in. I asked if I can set appointment for 2 weeks to a month out and she mentioned again that they only have waiting list. Seems strange that they could not get me on books for a month out? Disappointed!
