Standard AC provided excellent customer service, correctly diagnosed the problem, promptly fixed it and was very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use their services.

Easy to set-up and appointment. Tech arrived on time. Tech explained each test he performed and what it told him. Tech answered my questions. Standard Heating has become my go to guys for furnace, A/C, central humidifier.

We purchased a coupon for $74 for a service call for an air conditioner that was performing poorly. The $74 was for him to drive out. He charged $150 for a tune-up which we had already done a month ago. He didn't communicate that he was going to do a tune up and charged $150. He said that we needed a part that would cost $225 which we thought was a fair price. He ultimately refunded $180.00 for the tune up and apologized for the miscommunication, which I thought was more than generous. He did a great job in repairing my air conditioner. I would definitely use them again.

The tech was punctual, friendly, and very informative. He took time to clean a mouse skeleton and nest out of the A/C unit and told me what parameters he was checking and why everything was running correctly, rather than just giving an okay with no details.

The entire crew was very knowledgeable, professional, and got the work done quickly. Everything works and looks great! The city inspector even mentioned that they went above and beyond what the code calls for in places. Would hire again.

The technician was very thorough. I have had other companies come and go in 15 minutes doing a check up. He worked inside and out, cleaning and checking. He was also friendly with my dogs, so they give him an A rating as well!
