Jeff was awesome. He was early, called ahead and very thorough. I am tough to please, had 2 other companies out but was not happy. 100% recommend them, him especially.

Very good - we called Monday afternoon and they came out Tuesday afternoon, diagnosed and ordered the part. The part came in Friday and they were out for the next available apt which was Wednesday morning.

We had a couple of other companies come out to try to diagnose the problem, but they were only interested in selling us new, extremely expensive equipment. So, we tried Standard Heating & Air. It took a few of trips out to get it exactly right, but our old, cranky system is completely fixed. Three technicians came out (separate trips, but they only charged us for the first one), and they were all top notch. They explained everything they were doing and were so nice! We are now signed up for their regular maintenance plan, and I don't think we will ever call another company.!

I was given a choice for the slow leak. Find and fix the leak which would be over $1400, or recharge for $325 total cost. I chose to recharge.

I called Standard Heating and Air Conditioning and received the option for a return call which was received within 10 minutes. The service appointment was set for 2 days from the call. The tech, Benton was delayed and the office called to inform me of an estimate for his arrival. A busy A/C time and he apologized for being late. He asked a couple of questions, checked the unit and identified the issue while explaining the process. The A/C was operating. Yeah! Benton called the office to set up an appointment to have replacement of my 18 year old furnace and a/c. He was pleasant, professional and informative.

They were terrific. Ben Applebaum was our salesman and could not have been a friendlier, knowledgeable, or more professional person to work with. He was extremely helpful, patient and courteous, and left me feeling he was an advocate for what was best for us throughout the process. The team that did the work was the same. Showed up on time, did the work professionally and completed on time leaving everything in proper order. We are extremely pleased with the entire process from start to finish, and will be using them in the future.

I'm on their ... it's a kind of a monthly billing and then they automatically come and give you tune-ups, so I'm not actually sure what the cost comes out to since I wasn't billed for this service. Their work is fine. A number of years ago I had them install a furnace for me and everything was fine, no issues. It took fifteen minutes for them to do the tune-up and that was very reasonable. One person came out to complete the service and he was professional and knowledgeable.

Great I signed up for AC/heating maintenance twice a year

Standard Heating & Air Conditioning walked me through the installation process, efficiency ratings, and their wide array of financing options. It was all extremely informative for a first-time homeowner, and the financing options made Standard the easy choice.

I've got a service contract with them. They come out twice a year. I couldn't really tell you the cost because with the service contract I pay a monthly fee. So it's included. I will go with them when I have to replace my equipment tool. It took them about 30 minutes. Just one person came out. He checked out the furnace too while he was at it and suggested a small repair that could actually make my furnace function a little better.

When the company I had originally contracted with went out of business I hunted around and actually found them on Angie's List. Because I have the service agreement it never goes up so it's roughly $18 a month. That covers twice a year where they come out and do tune-ups and they also do a safety check every late Fall before heating season starts on the furnace.

Niall the technician called ahead to notify me of arrival. he was very professional and when entered house put on slippers over his shoes. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why.

From estimate to communications to being prompt each step of the way provided me with confidence that I understood the process, the price and more. Estimate staff along with actual installation teams were very pleasant, professional and courteous.

They are excellent. We had a total of 3 workers. They were very courteous. They wore covers on their shoes. They swept every area they were in. They went above and beyond what they thought was needed.

Punctual, professional and problem fixed. They are my go to company for heating and air conditioning.

All personnel, from initial contact through installation and post install questions, were polite, professional and helpful. I did have one episode post install which required a repair, but this was attended to very promptly, and have had no issues since. So much better than the last company I dealt with to install the previous air conditioner only 5 years prior (that company is no longer in business). Would definitely hire Standard again!

Our service representative had to replace a capacitor and had our air conditioner fixed in a matter of minutes. He looked at our furnace while he was here and suggested some easy maintenance tips for both furnace and air conditioner. You could tell he liked working for Standard Heating & Air Conditioning as he had a lot of good things to say about the company as well. They will be our first call if we have to service either our furnace or air conditioner in the future.

Got a quote and when service men came out to do the work they said we needed a new water heater and scaffolding to do the work and they couldn't do it that day and didn't know why it had been scheduled since they were very busy and it was a bigger job than quoted. They implied they were going to come back when they had time and give me an upgraded price but found out I was never even in their queue after that visit. I found someone else to do the work that didn't require getting a new water heater OR scaffolding. Something's messed up at their business to not scope the job accurately, schedule when they couldn't do the work and then simply drop me as a customer without letting me know.

Service was complete in a timely manner

The service call went well. The service technician (Brian) called to let me know when he was on his way. I always appreciate that the technicians we have had over the years will slip covers over their shoes upon entering the home. During this visit, I learned our capacitor was nearing the end of its useful life and not functioning properly and we were given the option of replacing it now or waiting. Brian explained the pros and cons and I chose to replace it during the visit.

They come out twice a year. Once in the spring, and once in the fall.

The repair was done quickly and accurately. The price was reasonable. I used the coupon offered by Angie's list

We're under a contract with them. One guy usually comes out to complete the service. It's different guys that come to complete the service. It took them an hour to complete the service, maybe less. They left the area clean when they left.

It was maybe one or two people that came to put in the heating unit.
