We have used them many times before. I would grade them A's all the way across. I wasn't here when they installed the unit. I was having other work done and they came and went without my being here.

Just one person came out to do the work and it took 45 minutes.

Very well. Benton, the technician, was impressively thorough and conscientious. He explained my options in regard to repairing or replacing the A/C. I felt assured in his expertise and the information he provided. Should I require the services of Standard Heating in the future, I will be asking for Benton.

I called Standard Heating and Air Conditioning and they came the next day. did a check of the old unit, and filled it with coolant to keep it going for a while. A couple of days later their sales person visited us and evaluated our house for the appropriate replacement. She spent more than 2 hours with me, answered all my questions and made a recommendation for a new unit. I wasn't pressured to make an immediate decision, but I was able to take advantage of a summer discount of $600 and other credits and discounts. Within 10 days the technician came to put in the new unit. I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and attention to details like cleaning up and staying to test everything. Since the installation, which included a rebuild of some parts of the unit on the furnace, new wiring, and hoses, everything is working well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new AC unit or furnace. Did I mention the 11 year warranty they gave me?

I've used them, they installed my furnace and air-conditioner 15 years ago, and they've maintained it since. I've always been happy. Quality is always "A". They've always been punctual. Their professionalism was good. I use them every year. Every experience has been a good one.

We have had our gas furnace and air conditioner for 16 years. They were put into service by Standard and we have had an annual contract with them for inspection and maintenance. We are very impressed with their service and professionalism. Nathan has been out to our home on many occasions and is always cheerful and knowledgeable.

I decided to go with Standard heating because i read some good reviews and hear advertisements form them all the time. I was not disappointed. Let me just say, Richard was awesome! He didn't try to talk me up to a bigger system or try to sell me anything I didn't want. He told me exactly what was best for my personal situation. He explained the different types of units and sold me one based on the tonnage my house required and type of energy efficiency. He even lowered his commission to get me a discount, since they didn't have a military discount and he was a former military man. Great guy overall. He was able to answer all of my questions with ease and made it a point to make sure I understood everything he went over. They had a cancellation and were able to get my new unit installed the next morning! The Technician, Tom did an amazing job. He was on time and really knew what he was doing. It was supposed to take around 4-5 hours, but he got it up and running in 2.5 hours without cutting corners. Very clean job. He even went through all of the thermostat setting with me, which was very helpful. Will definitely stick with these guys in the future. Worth every penny. P.s. The warrant for parts and labor is REALLY awesome. I believe it was 11 years parts and 6 years labor.

They were coming in very short time, and the process was smooth. They are very professional. Only the price is little bit higher than others, but it's ok.

The price was reasonable, and their service was excellent.

Tovah Penning and Thomas Murashie just completed installation of a new AC unit in my home. My wife and I have never been so impressed with the talent and professionalism of delivered service. Tovah worked the first 3+ hours exuding skill and efficiency. Thomas joined her to finish the installation. Shane (Spark Electric) did the electrical installation and provided clear instructions on contacting Xcel regarding the energy saver switch. Ben Applebaum was so thorough and knowledgeable providing an estimate and description of the work to be done that we gave him the order within 2 seconds of his proposal. Highly, highly recommended.

Standard was able to come out promptly. Technician Paul was really funny, professional, and quick. What kind of servicer makes their customers laugh (multiple times) during an A/C service visit?!? It was pretty fun, and now our A/C works.

Standard Heating was perfect! Sensing an emergency, the customer service rep offered to send someone the next day, although we were not in crisis (and did delay the service for two days). But her concern and responsiveness were impressive. Jeff, the technician, called within the timeframe established, presented himself professionally, and was both engaging and honest. Turned out that there was nothing wrong with our furnace, and he added the refrigerant to our air conditioner and noted that there was nothing wrong with the unit itself. Many mechanical companies now try to "scare" you into buying services and products you don't need, but I trust Standard Heating to tell me the truth. We signed up for their annual service plan, and it was the cheapest investment in peace of mind I've ever made.

Great. They were very professional. System works well. They also installed a new furnace for me two years ago and that was great service as well.

Everything went as expected. No problems.

Very well. The salesperson was nice, came to my house and provided lots of useful information and answered all my questions. On the day of install, three men came over and got right to work while I left for work as well. About 6 hours later, they told me they were pretty much done so I headed home to see the result. The house was clean and the air conditioning just starting to cool off from the hot day. The AC has been running for a few weeks now with no issues and keeps the house at a consistent, customize-able temperature via the new thermostat.

Had a leak in the coil. Part was ordered and replaced it when I was available.

Jeff arrived promptly and went right to work on the problem. He explained what needed to be done and why. Problem solved in an expeditious manner.

The work, two installers and an electirican completed the full install in just four hours.

Very well. Needed a new condenser. Technician Benton was very helped in explaining the cause and the part's function. I called on Saturday and they were able to arrive Monday morning.
