Outstanding from sales appointment to install! Denise seemed to go out of her way to get the right system for our house and make sure our concerns were addressed. Our installers, Kyle and Cory were excellent, prompt, and left the place cleaner than they found it.

Fabulous. The appointment I made by phone was received courteously and promptly and my appointment was scheduled. I received the discount deal though I was a day late (forgot to call). They made me feel welcome as they always have. Jeff, the technician, showed up right on time, calling 20 minutes in advance. He went right to work and let me know how things were. He didn't hit me with any hidden costs or extras and gave advice on how to plan ahead for the future (our furnace is 17 years old). He could have told me it was kaput, but they are honest and have always dealt with us with the utmost integrity. Instead, he told me what to look for and offered a program to keep an eye out. It was not a hard sell, just something to consider. We had forgotten how good Standard is because in the past 4 years when we have let our furnace checkups lapse. We are back with them for good. Nothing but praise for Jeff and the whole standard organization.

Great. Benton was courteous, professional, and efficient. He explained what he was fixing and educated me on my furnace. He also wired the thermostat to the power and replaced the humidifier filter as part of the visit. He did not try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs.

Fair amount of sales pressure to sign up for gold membership program at $179.40/year, covering two maintenance visits per year. One for furnace and one for A/C. Includes $100 off emergency service. Cost of service included $175 repair and gold membership program.

Great! Jeff was extremely professional, knowledgable and patient with my naïvety. I had tons of questions about the Nest and Jeff went above and beyond to explain how it works, where I could go to look with follow up questions and even explained things I forgot to ask. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The salesperson did not hurry through estimates, but asked me many questions and conducted measurements. The installers and electricians were very professional. This is a helpful company and really informative. They do a lot of things for you like getting permits and doing rebates. They are a fair and professional company, and I felt well-treated. I recommend them.

We are on the maintenance program with Standard Heating. Jeff called ahead to let me know what time he would arrive and showed up on time. He took care of our scheduled maintenance and explained everything. He was thorough and very personable.

Technician arrived on time. Service was quick and he suggested a service plan so I could have the furnace and air conditioner looked at once a year and they would call to set up appointment so I didnt have to remember to do it. Have used them for 3 years and see no reason to stop.

Great! Very knowledgeable and professional technician. Appointment scheduler was very customer friendly and helpful in answering my questions in advance of the appointment. We had recently decided to change Heating/AC companies from a competitor to Standard Heating/AC and we couldn't be happier. The personnel at Standard are definitely focused on the needs of the customer and making sure that those needs are addressed.

Chad was very punctual and friendly. He explained everything and made some suggestions. Due to furnace and air conditioner age we accepted his suggestion that we become a club member so that we will be reminded when to have inspections on both air cond. and furnace. We will ask to have Chad do our tune ups yearly!

Our furnace went out and they had to replace the whole unit. They did a good job, fair price, and they got it done. We had an issue with the furnace keep going off, and i would call them and they would come right out. It took them about three times to figure out the problem, but with no more payment needed.

Great! Brian, the technician who serviced our furnace and air conditioner, was professional and very knowledgeable about the company and the services it provides, and he even made quick friends with our dogs! We signed up for a Smart Club preventive maintenance membership and we are quite satisfied with all Standard Heating technicians and representatives of the company and the work they perform.

The technician arrived promptly and was courteous and thorough. We also signed up for an air conditioner checkup in the spring.

Being that we are deaf, the communication with the technician before arrival via text, and then written communication along with a brochure was excellent with this particular technician. We've used Standard Heating and Air Conditioning for years and will continue to do so.
