The person who came out to assess our situation and provide an estimate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He provided us with information on what made the most sense cost-wise without pushing us in a particular direction. The workers were terrific -- worked as quickly and quietly as possible and got the job done well. We didn't do a lot of price comparing because we heard such good things about Standard Heating, but if they are more pricey than other companies I have no doubt it's worth it for a job well done and the assurance that they are immediately available if problems should arise (none have).

Serviceman was polite, knowledgable and reviewed with us all of our options.

Excellent! I have used Standard Heating and Air Condition for many years. I have always been happy with their service. Technicians are very professional and provide clear and easy to understand answers to any questions.

As a new homeowner, there are many unknowns when it comes to the ever important furnace. We heard some noises and became concerned, so we called Standard Heating & A/C to investigate. They fit us into their schedule a couple days later over lunch and were greeted by Jeff. The professionalism and friendliness Jeff exudes are instantly noticed. He walked me through a furnace tune-up that revealed many necessary maintenance action items that I would have otherwise been oblivious to my entire life. Our furnace is extremely happy now and so are we with better air circulation ahead of winter! The service fee was waived due to the furnace being purchased through Standard by the previous owners and my grand total for the visit was $16. I was more than happy to sign up for this monthly fee that ensures our furnace and A/C have the proper yearly maintenance they need from Jeff and the professionals at Standard! Without it, you are just waiting for your equipment to fail you in likely the worst possible times. Do not do that and make sure you contact Standard Heating to ensure these vital home appliances are at peak performance!! The only thing left to say is, Jeff is truly a savant of heating and A/C. If you are in his service area, you are in good hands. I never write reviews and only did so because of him! - Very satisfied Standard customers

Excellent...It was a older furnace that had not been serviced for several years. They answered all my questions and gave the furnace a thorough going over and cleaning. Since I am new to this home and it’s appliances, offering me a maintenance program for a small monthly fee was comforting. They also shared the name of a reliable electrician that I needed. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I am grateful to have them on my “care” team for the house.

tech came to my house to to give my furnace a tune up. He was on time. He explained what he was doing. Give me advise how to keep my furnace running correctly. And asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the tech.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and they work around your schedule as much as possible to get someone there when you are home. I had asked some questions about the SmartClub to the person on the phone when I made my appointment and she explained the options very well and was very knowledgeable about everything. The day of my appointment, the service people arrived within the time window provided (one technician was training another person, so there was two of them at this appointment). One technician did the furnace tune-up. The other showed me how to install my water and air filter myself (this is a new furnace, so it was different than my old furnace). They are always good about taking the time to explain what they are doing and answer any questions you have. I've used Standard Heating & AC for years and have never had an issue with their work. Technicians are personable, skilled and efficient in doing their work. Highly recommended.

Fine. Chad and Nick called to let me know when they'd arrive. Were punctual, took care to keep things clean, were friendly with the dogs, pointed out some options (filter for humidifier), some regular cleaning priorities, AC tune up condsiderations, etc. Informed me that Standard was soon starting a duct cleaning option and would add me to their list.

Very smooth and high quality outcome.

They were prompt and affordable. We used them a short time later to repair a seal on our toilet, and that job also was done well.

Standard Heat and Air Conditioning were great. They were able to fit us in within a few days. The person who took my call was fantastic - very courteous and efficient. The technician showed up as scheduled and got our AC working again, and also checked our furnace for us (which was actually the problem). We signed up for their maintenance program. Not long after, we realized we were best off replacing our AC and furnace and when I called to cancel a maintenance appointment, the intake person said that their maintenance program would not be a good expenditure for us and said she would cancel it, which I really appreciated. I would definitely hire them again.
