I had several concerns that were addressed by Mike, the manager. After some of the issues were resolved, we decided to move forward with the installation. Thomas M. was the lead installer and he did a great job installing & replacing the new furnace and air conditioner. He cleaned the work area, listened to our concerns, and explained/educated my wife and I on the newly installed units and functions of the entire air conditioning and heating system. Thomas and his crew made every attempt to be patient with us and answer all questions. Mike, the manager, stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with the work and the crew installing our new furace and air conditioner. Mike also helped me with a window replacement. I would recommend Thomas and Standard Heating & Air services to anyone looking for a thorough installation, quality equipment, long parts & labor warranty (11 years), an organized & clean look, and quality service.

As usual, they are spot on with their arrival window. Every technician that I have had come out for the past 5 years has been extremely professional and polite. I have a service plan through them where they service my furnace twice a year and my AC once. In all those years the only thing that went bad was my AC fan motor. Since it’s self contained there really wasn’t anything preventive wise that they could have done. However they were very quick to respond and get my unit up and running in no time. The price I included was for the fan motor and that happened a few years ago.

I decided to pay a monthly fee to have our Heating/AC units checked on, cleaned and tuned up twice a year. Just had my first check up and it was very thorough and professional! Very happy I decided to pay for this service and have peace of mind that our house will have cold air in the summer and warm air in the winter.

Furnace and A/C are 20 years old. Standard checks furnace 2/year and A/C once per year. We are part of their Smart Club and pay an annual fee. Very satisfied with their service and especially attention from tech Brian. He always takes the time to explain each step as he does it and why he does it. As we have old equipment, he monitors key areas and gives us status. Doesn't recommend service if not needed. Should we have an emergency come up in the future, we have total confidence we will get the service we need, when we need it.

Elevated CO emission on furnace unit, unresponsive to standard maintenance. the technician was especially thorough in explaining the issue, and called in a higher level second opinion to address a possible gas valve issue. The arrangement for the second opinion was made for later in the same day, which exceeded expectations!

This regular visit went extremely well. The servicer was well-trained and very polite. I have used Standard for my routine maintenance and checkup for several years. With this service plan, I have received priority service when emergencies arise. i highly recommend Standard Heating & Air Conditioning.

The work was performed more thoroughly than any of the previous companies had ever done. It took eight hours, but the HVAC is now working beautifully.

Paul arrived exactly as scheduled and quickly diagnosed and replaced a faulty capacitor on the furnace. He also checked other components on the furnace and found no other potential near-term issues. He was very courteous and left the area clean.

Everything was great from Kenzie answering my phone call and making the appointment to Jon and Chris coming over to do the job. I opted to have the air ducts cleaned because I honestly don't remember when they were last done. I had Standard install my new furnace and A/C unit 6 years ago and I know I had the ducts done just before that happened. Jon educated me that they should be cleaned every 5 years which I think is a good thing to know. The guys actually were able to come a little early, and Jon was very meticulous in making sure that the job was done right. It's important to pay attention to the details no matter how often you do the job because people are counting on you to do it correctly. I couldn't be more pleased that someone I already trust like Standard are now taking on the task of cleaning the air ducts as well. Thanks!!!!!!!

We had our yearly furnace tune and the technician discovered that our heat exchanger had popped a rivet and was not working properly. We immediately met with Tom who determined what was the best furnace for our house. He sat down with us and reviewed the products and took the time to answer questions we had. Our furnace was installed two days later on a Saturday! The installation crew, Jeff and Chris, arrived on time and was able to switch out the furnaces within a few hours. We are so pleased with with the entire process. From start to finish, there was very little hassle on our part, no clean up and the prompt and punctual service allowed for our busy lives to carry on without much disruption. Thanks for all of your help! Service was stellar from start to finish. We live in a house with unique architecture that scared off other companies. When Denise from Standard came over, the wheels instantly started turning and she put together a rock solid plan that was later approved by the installation team. When installing our ducts and appliances, Mesha and team did an excellent job and everything is currently holding up well through the polar vortex :) Definitely feeling thankful for heat this week. It's -47 as I type this but looking forward to testing out the air conditioning this coming summer.

Initial phone call told us they could not provide a technician for 48 hours due to work load (they are one of the few companies staffed for emergencies). But they were very sympathetic and had several suggestions on ways to warm the house until they could come out. Meanwhile we got the furnace running (very lucky!) but still had them keep the 48 hour later appointment to check the furnace. Benton was fantastic; well versed in our furnace, diagnosed a remedy to prevent it shutting down again and found an economic way to do so. We were so impressed we purchased their annual maintenance plan for the furnace and air conditioner.

Jeff came to our house, was great with our dogs, and solved our furnace problems in an instant. 10/10 will definitely hire again!

Great! Our tech, Jeff, called when he was on his way (well within the window that I'd been given when I made the appointment) and dispatched his work efficiently and carefully. He taught me how to regulate the humidity if needed, and explained everything he did. It was a very positive experience. Cost was actually $5 less than I'd been quoted.

Our furnace wasn't working properly and Standard Heating & Air was at our house within 2 hours of me calling. He fixed the issue, did a full tune up of my furnace, and provided me with valuable information as to how to keep my furnace running more efficiently. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely hire them again!

Jeff was wonderful -- he was honest about the condition of our furnace but didn't push us into paying for unnecessary repairs. He was very helpful. Standard Heating & AC was easy to work with. Will continue to use them whenever issue arise! We decided to sign up for their maintenance plan as it seems to be a great deal.
