Description of Work: I wanted a furnace tune up and also for them to look at it since it was making a funny noise. The wait for a tune up was really long. So I was told they would come out and check the noise, I didn't want the furnace going out with a baby in the house in February. I was told they might have time to do the tune up when they looked at it. All they found was a loose panel making noise. My husband was home when them came, but they never even offered the tune up that I desired. If the tune up was never a possibility, The scheduler should have never suggested it was.

Description of Work: They repaired a wire that was broken on the AC unit and added some freon. For the unit being 26 years old, I was expecting to have to purchase a new one when it didn't turn on originally. We were pleased it was a simple fix.

Description of Work: Once again very satisfied with their service. They installed our central air in 2005. The technician arrived on time and worked on furnace which was not working also cleaned it since it had been a long time. He ended up unclogging a tube that was preventing normal operation. He seemed happy that we didn't need a part. The technician explained the issue and showed me the whole process. He even wrote my "didn't work DIY fix" onto the maintenance record as I had replaced a part that would have worn out soon anyway.

Description of Work: Replaced 20 year old furnace and air conditioner with new high efficiency units. Price was competetive with others that I got prices from. Installation was prompt and professional.
