When i called to order the service they thought it would be about two weeks but they did end up installing a week later. The tech was on time and very professional. This model actually has a line to the outside to rad the temp for control of the humidity. Everything was fully and clearly explained to me that day. The air in our house is now feeling better each day.

Description of Work: We had an unfortunate plumbing disaster on Christmas day, and I was forced to try to book one on Christmas. Jon picked up the phone, was friendly and understanding. We booked a visit for them the next day, but later on determined that we would need services he didn't offer. He gave us some suggestions of people we could contact to help us. We used him several years ago and were pleased with his work. In spite of bothering him on Christmas Day and not even ending up using him, Jon was extremely helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this company and would not hesitate to call him.
