Very thorough and professionally done. I have a 2000 square foot interior (20 vents) and they spent 4-5 hours cleaning the vents, air ducts, and dryer vent. They recorded video of before, during and after the cleaning, and it is clear they were very meticulous.

Great. Called before they came. With covid-19 right now they wore a mask, Gloves and boot covers inside our home. They stayed the 6 feet apart rule And still were able to do the service we needed. It was a comfortable Experience. Just as helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as ever.

Matt called 1/2 hour before arriving and arrived at the beginning of the promised time slot. He followed appropriate health protocols, covered his feet before entering, and completed the check quickly. He identified a possible problem and told me what to look for and who to contact if the need arises. He was friendly and professional throughout his visit. We subscribe to the SmartPlan for timely checkups and priority service.

From the beginning with their salesperson Denise to the installation and commissioning of the equipment by Kevin and Rob, the replacement of our equipment was efficient and professional, even while they were taking extra Covid 19 precautions to protect our health. The technician (TJ) phoned ahead and was able to arrive ahead of the time frame. He carefully explained what he was looking for while checking our heating system and then reported his findings when the job was completed. I would highly recommend Standard Heating and Air Conditioning when either purchasing a furnace or air conditioner or having your service on these appliances.

This company has earned their great reputation. The staff is well-informed, highly competent, and believes in customer service. We recently moved into an older home which hasn't been well cared for. Standard Heating has been so helpful with both their services and their solid recommendations. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Contacted Standard for furnace issue. Opted to replace furnace. They came and installed new furnace and left. I went down to check and the Electronic Air cleaner was not turned on. I turned it on and immediately tripped the GFCI. The GFCI continued to trip and make snapping sounds even when nothing plugged into the socket. The installers never completed and verified the electrical work. Called Standard they said someone one would be out 3 days later to fix it. I waited all day for repairman to arrive after the 3 day wait , at 4:00 they called to inform me the repairman would come 2 days later. All this time I had no air cleaner or humidifier. 2 days after the initial install I went to the basement and there was water running across the floor from the furnace. I Cleaned up the mess. I called Standard and they sent a repairman to fix the defective furnace. The GFCI was finally repaired. The install from start to end took 6 days. during which time I had no air cleaner of humidifier. If you are looking for a trouble free product and quality installation I would not recommend Standard.

There were two service men. I give them a high mark for this, they informed me of the condition of my furnace in a clear, helpful and it seemed like an appropriate summary of the condition of my furnace. I give them a low mark due to their interaction with me. An ageist comment was made by one person and I brought it to their attention. I am unsure by his response if he understood what he did and what i shared. By my perspective one person presented fake friendliest when they arrived. I addressed what I perceived in how he was interacting with me and let him know what I like in any interaction. By the time they left he came across, it seemed, being closer to his usual way of relating which I appreciated. Showing genuine respect goes a long way in any situation.

Standard Heating staff are always professional and courteous. They keep me informed of the work they are doing and, if needed, provide recommendations. I pay a monthly service fee for furnace/AC maintenance.

T.J. and Nate were on time. They were friendly and professional. I am part of the member program where I pay a monthly fee and I get certain perks like bi-annual tune-ups and quick service in the case of emergency. Worth every penny for the peace of mind.

We've used Standard Heating for years for routine maintenance, and relied on them again when we needed to replace our furnace. The sales representative was a former service technician, and he did an excellent and thorough job explaining our options. The installation itself took around four or so hours. We are very satisfied with the product we chose and the service we received and will continue to work with Standard for our HVAC needs.

The duct cleaning went very well. The guys were friendly, professional, and very through with the cleaning.

Service was great. Chad visited for my repair. Made accommodations to see/inspect the issue, ordered the part and came back as soon as it arrived. He was timely. Chad also made temporary solutions while the part was in transit. He did a really great job of explaining what was happening and why as well as explaining the solutions and outcome. The way he went about his customer engagement was top notch. He made it comfortable and as seamless as possible.

The service provider was amazingly thorough and explained things very well and did not talk down to me. I was impressed by his professionalism.

Arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner. Explained what was done a d why it was necessary.

John was very friendly and knowledgable about the kind of heater we have and the things to look out for. He even told me about a class action law suit against Bryant that could ultimately help pay for a new heater down the line if our heaters secondary heat exchanger begins to show signs of rust. Very happy with the service!

Highly recommend! Technician (Ryan) did a fantastic job explaining what he was checking for and as a bonus, he was quickly able to find the problem for 2 rooms in our home not getting any heat.

The service person was professional, so understanding, could not have been more helpful, nor anticipatory of my needs. He showed me how to manage this complex Nest Pro thermostat, which is not easy to regulate when is of a certain age!
