Description of Work: Installed new York furnace and central air conditioner. They did a great job on the installation. The installers also went the extra mile and moved the gas shut-off valve to a more accessible location in the basement. They also contacted me after the installation with tax credit information for the 2014 tax year.

Description of Work: New 95.5% furnace and 13 SEER AC. Had problems with the zone panel and they had to install a new one but gave me about half price. Had to call back since control system was not working. Came back promptly and got it fixed at no cost.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace and air conditioning. Sales rep showed up exactly on time. Very nice guy. Had a lot of good information. Answered all our questions. Two installers showed up on time. Very friendly. Worked hard. Answered all our stupid questions with a smile. Would use them again in a second!

Description of Work: It was recommended that we use less restrictive filters to avoid overheating within the furnace itself going forward. We had the switch replaced in our furnace. They were able to identify the problem right away and were able to get us up and running again within an hour of arriving. I would definitely call on them again for services when needed.
