Description of Work: Purchased new furnace. Salesperson was very thorough and helpful. For actual installation, there was a problem with the furnace firing up at the high stage. Standard sent another technician to resolve the problem. All is fine. Both techs were excellent: polite, answered all questions, left the place neater than when they arrived, and petted the dog.
