We had two furnaces replaced by Standard a year ago and this was the tune up as part of the Smart Club. We have worked with a number of heating/cooling companies and Standard has been by far the best. Cody was our technician today and he was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and took time to educate me about my systems and things to look out for.

Cody and Seth was extremely professional and personable. I could not recommended them more highly.

It went very well. Seth and Ryan were very professional and interacted with us throughout the day if they had questions or explanations. They took before and after pictures so we know what they found and how they left the ducts (very clean). I have a severe asthma problem and they kept that in mind as they worked through the day. Upon request, they will recommend other products that might help me with this condition. Both men were very pleasant to work with. We have used this company for various repairs, etc, since we moved into this house 30 years ago and have always been pleased with their service.

It was wonderful, they gave us a warranty, the warranty expired after a year but they extended the warranty for us which is great.

They were on time, professional, they talked to us, and when they came, they gave us free estimates on the other bathroom. They were really good.

Could not have gone better! Our house was a real challenge, but the Standard technician (John) was more than capable. He told us in depth how he was going to proceed, and at each phase of the cleaning process he would update us and provide pictures or videos, We were astonished at how dusty/dirty our ducts were, but also by how well John was able to clean them all. He went above and beyond for us. We're very satisfied (and dust free!).

We had our yearly furnace tune up done by Standard Heating & Air. John was very kind and professional in his demeanor giving us information about our furnace and thermostat that was helpful. We are confident that our furnace is great working condition. Because we pay a monthly fee for SH&A's services for furnace/AC tune up we did not pay any additional $ for this visit

We were very pleased. They were here all day and were very polite and professional. My husband was shown some photos of before and after, and it was amazing to see all the dust before and then all cleaned out. So glad we finally had this done, and we will have Standard Heating do it again when needed. We thought the cost was fair and well worth it!

Service was great, as it has always been over the years. Cody was friendly and helpful. I’ve always had great service for the dollar with Standard Heating. I highly recommend them.

I was able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The technician took safety precautions, such as wearing a mask. He also covered his shoes. He arrived on the early side of the 4 hour window, completed the work in a timely manner, and offered related services at a discounted price. He also explained why changing the furnace filters helps keep the furnace in working order.

Ryan called while he was on his way, and arrived on time. He took the time to explain the process, and did a very thorough job, and showed us before and after photos. He was very personable and even took the time to bring the dryer venting up to code.

Work performed by Jerad C. He contacted me prior to the appointment to provide an arrival time and arrived earlier than stated. Friendly, considerate, careful about Covid procedures. Explained process thoroughly; inspected and cleaned furnace quickly and completely. Also checked thermostat and air conditioner. Very impressed and will ask for his assistance in the future.

Cody was the service technician and was very professional and answered all of my questions. He spotted some oil under the housing area under the capacitor and noted that it was probably from a previous repair. The capacitor checked OK. He checked the CO2 level for the furnace and my water heater. Everything checked out.
