It went really well! The technician recommended replacing the humidifier on my furnace in addition to alerting me about an igniter that was operating abnormally hot. He checked to see if the part was under warranty (it was previously replaced by Standard Heating), and although it was just outside of warranty they replaced the part at no cost! Great customer service and thorough explanation of everything.

Eric did a fantastic job! We moved into a new house and were concerned about the condition of the furnace with the upcoming winter. He did a tuneup, put in a new thermostat and we discussed future visits and the probability of replacing the furnace. We have used Standard for years and will continue to do so as they do an outstanding job. Quality.

We are subscribers to their prepaid maintenance program. As usual their technicians did an excellent and thorough job of checking out our heating system and performing any maintenance that they saw was necessary.

Ryan arrived on time and was very professional and personable! We bought a new home that was frankly very grimy, and everything will need a good scrubbing. Hence we called in the pros. Ryan explained the cleaning process and got right down to business. He did such a wonderful job! He showed me the before and after pics of the vents. Wow! What a difference. Jon (Tech) , was very informative and professional at explaining the procedure of cleaning the air ducts. His knowledge and enthusiasm was above and beyond. It was very pleasant. The technicians called to let us know 20 minutes before arrival. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We were informed in advance, the cost of the service, as well and additional savings for combining A/C and furnace checkup this coming fall. No pressure, no upsell spiel, just factual info. No problems found, so no additional charges. Cody and Mitchell gave us good information about what to look for as signs of potential future problems, life expectancy of your heating and cooling system, etc. and were in and out in under an hour. Totally good experience.

This was a routing service call for a yearly inspection and tune-up of my furnace and air conditioner. The service technician was prompt and professional. Besides doing the work he was very helpful in discussing my furnace and AC maintenance. I always enjoy learning more about my new furnace and how to keep it working well.

I am enrolled in their annual program to tune up the a/c and furnace every year. I called and made an appointment. I got a call a few days ahead of the appointment, the technician arrived on time, did the tune up and gave me some tips on maintaining in between tune ups.

Cody and Mitchell were very professional and didn't try to upsell me anything. They told me the system was fine and nothing needed to be done.

We knew the AC unit was having issues and the technician who came to perform the annual maintenance check broke the news gently. The unit, after 34 years, needed replacement. We were able to have a SH&A rep come within days to explain features and our options. She was not high pressure and, in fact, did not recommend the highest price category based on the way we use AC. One concern we had was availability. We had recently completed some home improvement projects where we had waited weeks, even months, for items from caulk to appliances. SH&A had a warehouse filled with units and within 3 days, we had a new unit installed. The crew was professional, efficient and cleaned up after the work. We were pleased that we again had air conditioning in time for the next heat wave.

Excellent! Ryan arrived on time, told me exactly what to expect and kept me updated on his progress. When he finished, he reviewed before and after pictures of the ducts and described what he found.

Cody was friendly and professional. He kindly explained what he was checking and what the readings were on my unit vs. what the normal range is supposed to be. I told him that there's a slow leak in the system and he walked me though the options of how to deal with it. He then took extra time to give me an estimate of what one of those options would cost but gave no pressure either way to try to fix it or buy a new system. Since my furnace is on the older side and I expressed interest in getting an estimate on what a new system would cost, he called the office and set up the appointment for me. Cody was great - I highly recommend Standard Heating and Air.

What a wonderful and professional experience! Seth and Ryan informed me on all the steps of the process, kept me updated, and made sure that everything was thoroughly inspected and cleaned. My ducts were full of dog hair from the previous owners and they were delightful, thoughtful, and expert.

Jon was awesome--very thorough, professional and personable. He was very careful about making sure we knew exactly what he had done, and that he had entirely cleaned all the ductwork in the house. He showed us before and after photos of every segment. 100% would recommend!

Complete explanations and documentation were provided at every step of the process, and they left the work areas cleaner after they finished than they were when they arrived.

They were incredibly thorough. We have used Standard for this service on two different homes. We also have a service contract with them for both places. They service both properties each spring and fall and we have always been happy with them.

I have been a member of their Smart Club for years. This was an annual inspection. They are always courteous, on time, and professional. Sara was great and its nice to see women in this profession. When I have had to call them for a problem, they have always been prompt! That is a big benefit for having a service contract. You get an immediate response in the dead of winter if you need it.

I have the Smart plan and with that comes a furnace safety check at the end of the heating season. My technician, Cody, was punctual, professional and friendly. He answered all my questions. My furnace is twenty years old, and while it is still working fine, I'm starting to think about replacing it in the coming years. He mentioned a program where I can plan for future replacement when I choose to get the best savings. I like that the technical division is separate from the sales division. I trust Standard Heating to do the job right and give me honest feedback.

The ac install was done quickly and efficiently. We appreciated that they were able to schedule the installation within a few days, as it was in the midst of the heat wave. We had the furnace tune-up done a couple days ago and Eric was friendly, professional and very thorough. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, professional and readily answered any questions we had. We were very satisfied with service from Standard Heating & Air Conditioning and have recommended them to neighbors and friends.

As part of my Smart Club Gold Membership, I receive two visits per year. In the winter, I receive a furnace safety inspection, tune-up, and cleaning. In the summer, they return to inspect, tune-up, and clean my air conditioner. I've set up my annual membership to auto-renew to keep it simple, but more importantly, so I don't miss an inspection. I've used Standard Heating for years and have found them to be both professional and responsive. Inspections are easily scheduled, with a 3-hour window, for arrival and a courtesy-call from the tech 20 to 30 minutes ahead of the visit. The tech is usually on-site for less than 1-hour and leaves you with an inspection report, including any work performed and recommendations. I highly recommend Standard Heating and any of their techs.

Standard wanted to charge me $100 to give a bid, so I declined.

I have used Standard Heating a number of times for furnace/AC tune ups and have never needed a repair. Now that my furnace is elderly, there are a few symptoms that may need some attention. Cody Engstrom was punctual, cordial, respectful and I couldn't have been happier having him as a diagnostician. He explained his concerns in language that I didn't need a dictionary for and what possible scenarios I should think about. He made an appointment on the spot to have a sales person come out just to give some detail on a new furnace if that is what I chose. Everyone I have come into contact with has been helpful and informative and I would certainly use Standard again.
