John Ruddy was very professional and friendly. Gave us lots of information to digest, told us to check around, and come back to him. He met us at a reasonable number for all the products and services we had wanted, answered all our questions, dotted all the I's and crossed all the T's. It was a very good experience. Installation went smoothly.

This company was a pleasure to work with. I imagine they would have done a nice job if we'd gone with them for our boiler replacement.

Also suggested duct cleaning to remove residual dust. Recommended less expensive alternative to replacing air cleaner - also homeowner-capable. Also scheduled maintenance on air conditoner for spring. Was impressed with candid advice of technician. Total time for service: 1/2 hour. Service included follow-up check in fall.

I was pleased with the work that Standard completed. In the begining they did provide with an estimate. I wasn't home at the time that the unit was installed, but they did what needed to be done. They were prompt and very professional. I would contract them again if needed for my HVAC needs.

It went well overall. They showed up on time. They explained how the system works. They were courteous and professional. I will use them again in the future.

I have a service plan with Standard Heating & Air Conditioning that has worked out very well for me. We had them at our old address and decided to continue using their services. We had them install a new furnace when we moved in. We have not had any problems with them.

They were very professional. We had concerns about vents we were not getting heat to. They tuned all the vents at no extra cost. They took the time to explain everything to us. They were very conscientious on everything they did. I have had no problems with the furnace since it has been done. They cleaned up and took extra care for my personal belongings. I would hire them again in the future if needed.

They are a little pricey but they do a good job. They are worth it.

Great response and knowledge. Highly recommend using them if you are willing to spend a little extra for great service.

The person that installed the furnace was very professional and did an excellent job. I have no issue with the person that installed the furnace and the furnace performance to date. My issue is with the sales person that sold us the furnace. He told us that the installation, electrical and inspections would all be completed in one day. That was not true. The furnace was installed in one day, but the electrical had to been completed on a second day. I or my husband has had to take time off of work to have the electrical work completed and to get the necessary inspections completed. When I called to discuss this with the salesperson he was rude and very unprofessional. He actually hung up on me during our last phone conversation.

They did a fantastic job. They are very professional. Their prices are competitive. They actually did a price match for me which was great.

Heat problem was fixed. Although part and labor at $150 was high for a sensor. Repairman did not work on the second problem. Indeed, was in hall when the sound occurred trying to get me to sign off on work. No initiative. Grudgingly suggested I find it myself and call them. Right. Made a complaint call to the company, requested a Sr tech call me, instead they had the same tech call. I asked him to have company call back, never called.

We were told a repair person would be out between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on a Friday. The repair man called around 10 to ask if we were sure we needed him to come out-wondering if it might be an obvious fix. We assured him we'd tried what he was suggesting. He arrived after 1 and checked out the thermostat which had been flashing-AC. He ascertained that we needed a new motor, went out to purchase said motor and returned and installed the motor. He was not particularly friendly or forthcoming and, although he gave us an accurate estimate on the price, we felt it was on the expensive side as we found the motor for $92 and we were charged a $99 service call fee in addition to another $369 for parts and labor. The labor was less than one hour. Shortly after the "repair" we realized the second zone wasn't working. We'd hoped someone would get right out to as the problem must have been related to the repair. We were told someone would come out on Monday (this was on Saturday morning) and they'd be willing to waive the service call fee. As it had been an expensive bill to begin with, we were disappointed that we'd be expected to pay $400 a second time for something which must have been related to the initial repair.

The tech arrived promptly in the time window that I was given. We explained to the tech that we were having issues with the pilot and that we suspected it was the pilot thermocouple. He found that the thermocouple to be reading 10V instead of 40V and replaced it. He also performed the tune-up. The tech was thorough in explaining the work he was doing and also provided us a small discount on the thermocouple since we were also getting a tune-up.

They show up on time, answer my questions, are very courteous and professional. They installed my furnace. I am happy with the customer service.

They were professional and timely. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. The work was completed as promised and they did not leave a mess behind.

They give me tips and advice on how to handle certain situations so I don't have to call them every time. They always show up when they say they are going to. They send a post card reminding me of my next appointment.

I think okay. They didn't put a heat vent in the furnace and didn't remove the old humidifier, but when we called they promptly came out to resolve these issues. I was pleased, and though we got bids for lower felt good about using them.

It was a perfect experience, they were prompt and clean. They instructed me on how to use the unit and change the filters and cleaned up after themselves. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The workmanship was very good. They had great work ethic. They cleaned up all of their mess when they were done with the work. I would highly recommend them.

The salesman and the installer were both very good. They were very clean and careful. They explained the function of the furnace to me. What I liked was that they were not condescending and that they did not try to sell me the most expensive systems. They were nice gentlemen.

They are reliable and we have always been pleased with the service.

A salesperson came out to present what was available. Upon our request, he then e-mailed us the forms to initiate a work order. They came promptly on our requested date. The salesman came with the installers to insure what was promised was what we got. The installer made a special effort to locate the outside vent to look less conspicuous. The unit, wall control, and electrical connections were made by mid afternoon. The unit transfers heat and humidity from all "old" indoor air to incoming "fresh" outdoor air several times per hour at an 80% efficiency. We were showed how to clean the filters, etc. quarterly.

They installed all lines first, helped coordinate the job with the city to have a new meter put on the house, returned the next day for the hookup, and scheduled the inspector to review the work. Nathan was a gem. He was right at the low range of his original estimate. He was polite and neat and tidy and didn't leave any mess. He was putting booties on his feet every time he came in. The Standard folks always have booties. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They gave us a free furnace tune-up for purchasing the AC, and they were prompt and fast and neat on that job as well. I highly recommend them.
