Very smooth process. Casey called to say he was on his way. He did a thorough checkup and tune and we talked about eventual replacement when the furnace gets older. Very courteous and professional. I am a repeat customer because I can rely on these guys.

I am enrolled in Standard Heating's Smart Club program. The company sent me a written reminder notice of the furnace tune up and I was able to schedule a time within two weeks. It was during December so it was important to get a timely date given the cold weather.The service representative called me in advance of arriving at my house and explained the work he was going to do. He asked me if I had any questions before and after completing the work. I asked some questions and he fully answered them. He also assisted in renewing my annual membership. I was impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness. I recommend this company to other property owners.

I was happy to hear that Chee would be our service representative today. We had him last time and were very pleased. He was prompt, very friendly and knowledgeable.

As always the visit was professional. Our technician always friendly and explains what he is doing during the process. I manage several properties and have been using Standard Heating for many years. I recommend them to anybody.

Tasha was very professional and was not in a hurry. She took the time to make sure we were happy with the service and to answer any questions we had.

Due to work backlog, it took a few days to get service person to house. Service person was very good and was able to quickly identify problem and review repair options. A second visit was required to actually perform repair as parts had to be obtained. Repair was completed in a quick, efficient manner. Service person did a good job of answering all my questions and describing the work he was doing.

Standard Heating contacted us for our yearly furnace check and we were able to set up an appointment for the next day. The technician contacted us before arriving. Ben was very friendly and he did a thorough job. He checked on concerns we had mentioned in the past and provided more information for us. Ben wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work that was done before he left.

Jeremy and Adam performed my furnace install efficiently and expeditiously; arrived at 7:30 and finished around 11:30. Explained what was done and have instructions regarding both the furnace and thermostat. Very happy with the service received.

Employee 1 was training employee 2. He explained what he was doing and why. Why is important for the trainee and helps me understand what I can do to help the longevity of the furnace. The maintenance tech arrived in the window we had scheduled. They were professional, took Covid precautions, and wore plastic boots over shoes. They were very thorough and friendly. We especially like the tune up reminders that Stankey sends out. The reminder is one less thing for us to remember. We bought our furnace from Stanley too and that too was a great experience.

Chee professional and knowledgeable. He phoned prior to arrival to let me know when he would be here. He explained what he tasks he was performing and the results of those. He was meticulous about keeping the work area clean. He explained the options with regard to repairs that are needed and the financial options of those.

Phone lines were busy when I first called, so I filled out the online form on their website to have them contact me and that worked great - they called later that same day. I was able to get scheduled for the next day and use a discount coupon I had seen on their website. The worker arrived within his time frame and was super friendly and helped educate me on what regular maintenance I could do on my own. I was happy enough with their service to sign up for a yearly package for furnace and AC tune ups! Definitely recommend!

This was a major all-day job. The workers arrived promptly. They were friendly and professional. They put down protection on my wood floor, so it wouldn't be scratched. Furnace and water heater are functioning perfectly. (It's too cold to run the air conditioner right now). Their work was very neat, and they cleaned up before they left.

Our furnace died on Christmas eve 2020. Standard Heating & Air Conditioning took the time to explain the ins and outs of replacement options and made an excellent recommendation for replacement. I ended up selecting a high efficiency model, which required them to create a new vent to the outside. They did an outstanding job with installation--their installers we on time and professional. They took time to explain the workings of the unit to me after installation. They also made sure I got all of the rebates I was entitled to. I would absolutely work with them again.

Excellent. Very thorough! Every step was explained and documented. The technician was personable and very professional. I feel no anxiety going into winter. I am on their service plan for my home and the duplex rental next door so should an issue come up, I know just who to call and am assured I will be at the top of the list for service.
