Called around to several places and Sabre was priced the best. This coupled with the fact that Sabre had originally installed the heating and plumbing in our home made it a no brainer. Work was completed exactly as expected.

Overall went well. President of Sabre came to my house to provide a proposal for the work and spent a little extra time looking over a somewhat tricky installation as it related to pipe and duct routing. Technicians were flexible and punctual. Installation was done in the course of one very cold day in January. I had to call them back the next day because the exhaust pipes were not leveled correctly, and they were prompt about making the modification. They made 2 additional trips back to the house due to inspection issues with the City, however, again, they were prompt about making the modifications. Finally, my old air conditioner did not start up properly in the spring, and they made one final trip to my house to recharge it because of the refrigerant lost during the furnace installation. I thought perhaps they might view this problem as a good chance to try and make some extra money, or talk me into an A/C replacement, but they pleasantly surprised me by accepting that it was part of the original work and corrected the issue at no charge, again in a punctual manner. All of the paperwork, warranty info, and rebate forms were sent to me in a very complete, user-friendly, and timely manner.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. When sales person came and gave bid I found him to be very friendly, explained the products well, left his cell phone number if I would have further questions and did not apply any pressure to buy. I got three other bids and theirs was the best overall comparing products, prices etc. After accepting their bid, they set up an appointment with me. The installation technicians came promptly on time, were very friendly and neat. They did a professional installation and went beyond the call of duty by going and buying some sand for the outside A/C unit pad as the old one had sunk into the frozen ground and had to be broken up and hauled away. Their office staff did a great follow up after installation taking care of all warranty and rebate paper work etc. After rebates and tax credit I feel I got a quality product at a good price and all work performed to my satisfaction by this Company.

It went very well. The serviceman was professional and very knowledgeable about the furnace as well as the furnace filter. He advised me on a more economic furnace filter. He also is the first service person in the 23 years that we have lived in this house to teach me how to clean out my humidifier! It was extremely caked with lime deposits. Now it should work much more efficiently.

I would highly recommend them. They were efficient and competent. I received a quality product from them and I saved money. They were punctual and professional.
