Description of Work: They did a large carpet installation 3,200 square feet and got the job done ahead of schedule. The pricing was through Costco so the savings were significant compared to other carpet stores. The sales rep took her time and explained options and showed us various colors until we found one we liked. The installation crew were neat, quick and efficient, moving heavy furniture without causing any damage.

Description of Work: I wanted area rugs and the staff bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase!

Description of Work: This work was done in August, 2010. Installed vinyl kitchen floor and put |carpet in adjacent family room. I had requested a high density pad and this was on the contract. They used some cheap green pad that is not good any more. To lay the kitchen floor glue was put on the floor and then the |vinyl was folded over while the corners were trimmed. That glue dried and there is a ridge in the middle of the kitchen. This is very noticeable |as glare comes off a window. The carpet is 15' wide and they stretched it |to fit into a space a little larger than 15' making it very skimpy where |the floor and carpet meet under a metal bar. The carpet pulled out a few |days later and they stuffed it back under the metal. The carpet needs |cleaning in this area and I am afraid it will pull out and need to be |replaced. | |I had a knee replacement at that time and did not feel up to dealing with |the situation. I am writing this now so no one else gets stuck with shoddy |work. | |

Description of Work: Shaw Rio Flora carpet was installed on the main floor of my house in May 2004, i.e., in 2 bedrooms, a hall way, office, living room and dining room. By the fall of 2007, the carpet was falling apart. I called Magic Carpet and received no response. I emailed Shaw to their customer service and received no response. I then sent a letter to Shaw and Magic Carpet. In Nov. 2007 was was assured by Jerry Larson that the carpet would be replaced. I was assured it was ordered and would be installed after the Xmas holiday. I have not heard from them since.

Description of Work: I'VE FOUND MAGIC CARPET & FLOOR COVERING TO BE PRECISE IN MEASURING OUR ROOM. THEY GAVE US A SUPER SALES PRICE ON OUR CARPET. THE INSTALLER WAS FAST, EFFICIENT, & VERY EXPERIENCED. BECAUSE THE CARPET COST LESS THAN EXPECTED, WE ALSO BOUGHT KITCHEN & ENTRY TILE. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE PICKED TILE FROM ANOTHER STORE & MC & FC ORDERED IT FOR US FOR LESS THAN THE STORE WE FOUND IT AT.

Description of Work: MAGIC CARPETS SOLD, ORDERED, SCHEDULED INSTALLATION, (ALBIET DELAYED), MOVED SOME FURNITURE AND INSTALLED NEW CARPET IN THE LIVING ROOM AND HALLWAY OF OUR HOME.
