They did an excellent job; were very responsive and professional. It took less time than estimated and cost significantly less than the original estimate as well. I'm very happy witih the work they did and would recommend them to others.

What I like about them is that they were pretty straight forward with me; they give you a lot of information and they did a good job as well. For my overall experience, I was satisfied with them and the work that they have done seems very reasonable.

I got home from work one night and went downstairs to do laundry. As I started walking on the carpet I heard a squishing sound and felt my feet starting to get wet. I looked up to find the ceiling dripping wet. My kitchen sink upstairs had a broken pipe. To have a water loss happen in my home, as a single mom, was one of the most stressful things I could have gone through. Luckily I found Loyear Restoration. I wouldnt normally take the time to write a review on any company, but, the job they did not only met, but exceeded my expectations. When I originally called I spoke with a live person who asked a couple questions and told me they would have a crew on the way. In less than an hour, a van with a logo pulled up and 2 technicians in uniform came to my door. They took a look at the damage and assured me they knew exactly what to do. They walked me through every step of what was going to happen. For the next 3 days, they stopped by daily monitoring the drying process. As soon as it was dry, they met with my insurance adjuster at my house. They quickly agreed on the needed repair and then started it the very next day. Within a week it was all put back together and looked better than it did before the loss. I couldnt be happier with the customer service, workmanship, professionalism and price I received from Loyear Restoration. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing any work done in their home or business.

John and his workers were awesome. It was an extremely positive experience from the initial phone call to the estimator to the guys actually doing the work. This last May with all the continued rain our sump pump failed and our basement flooded on a Saturday night. I couldn't call the insurance company until Monday morning and it was really starting to smell musty and moldy with all of the soaked carpet and sheetrock. We had a 9 month old baby and my wife was to say the least was "FREAKING OUT". I didn't have much marital capitol left in the bank, if you know what I mean, do to a recent guys get away so I had to spring into action. I called Loyear Restoration Monday morning and they had an estimator out to my house by 1pm, even though they where being flooded (pun intended) by many many similar calls. The estimator assessed the damage and the same day a crew of 2 shows up with at least a dozen floor blowers and a couple of commercial grade dehumidifiers. They help move our personal items to the garage and stayed until 8pm to get everything in place for the dry out. I know the workers have families and personal lives so I really appreciated that they went above and beyond any expectations in staying that late to get us taken care of. I would not hesitate in recommending Loyear Restoration for any water or mold restorations. I also understand they handle fire restoration but I hope I never have to call them for that. Thanks to Loyear Restoration the marital capitol bank is replenished. Thanks guys......
