Description of Work: Buff and new coat of poly on hardwood floors in two rooms. Great job refinishing worn and greying flooring in kitchen. Timely, professional, gave me good, better, best options and estimates and did not try to up sell. Best of all the hardwood floors look great!!

Description of Work: I contacted to see about getting a job done and left general info. Noah called back and left a nasty and condescending message about how they do not take a job "that small" when I was looking for an entire first floor. Additionally to look else where because they were booked too far out. I responded with *ONE* message to Noah thanking him for his pithy message and I will let others know of his poor business practices. Additionally, I told Noah that I was NOT looking for a "discount" and NOT to contact me back as I only responded to his message so she would not be blind-sided by an "F" review here. Ten minuets later I got a call from a same prefix number as I blocked Noah's, which turned out to be the owners threatening me for sending "several messages" and not to contact this company again. Which goes to show the lying and shady nature of this business thaty they needed to get the last "word" in after being nasty to a customer who dared to stand up to them then all out lying, or misrepresenting the facts, to look like it is in their favor when I as a customer already TOLD them NOT to contact me and I will me using someone else the owner still, as I said, felt the need to call and leave a thinly veiled threat that I am misconducting my self and should now look else where for service... good thing I have all the texts and voice mails as this is now a case for the BBB for me from the threats left on my voice mail. All in all a bunch of arrogant liars! *Response to to the response I have the email from the third party referring me to their Angie's list page and told Noah that. Additionally cross carrier messages break up messages letting you know with (1/2 - 2/2) so you are skewing facts or just that ingorant of technology with all your business phones having the same prefix as I had to block then all to stop harassing calls. Then two Todd claims over a "100 A plus reviews" but Angie's list only shows 50+ reviews ... so Todd must by lying and inflating his reviews by what is on other sights or what he put on his personal companies sight and not an accurate representation of of this company but of their lying and harassing ethics. I guess I shound not have told them I did not appreciate poor treatment and bad customer service and that I WOULD NOT use them and leave a negative review or I wouldebg be threatened and harassed into not.

Description of Work: Amazing job sanding and repairing a very old hardwood floor. They were able to find 50 old floor boards to match what we have and the finished product looks even better than I imagined it would be. During the sanding, they were very clean and orderly. Top notch workmanship.

+ -1 moreTodd came out and made a competitive and professional bid. While it was a bit higher than others, he worked to make it cost neutral. The product was great, timely, and clean. When Todd's crew finished, he called to let us know that there were some splotches on one of the floors and volunteered to redo it if necessary. We declined since it was not too noticeable and would be under a rug, but kudos for brining it to our attention.
Description of Work: They did approximately 1500 sq. feet of sanding and staining.

Todd not only worked with my schedule, he did an outstanding job on this floor. He kept me updated during the whole job and made many suggestions. He was very easy to work with and to contact if I had any questions or had to move around my schedule. I would highly recommend his service and talent.
Description of Work: Sanded, seal, oil, and buff living room, hallway, and 3 bedrooms. The home was built in the mid 50's and had many layers of carpet over the years.

They protected our furniture and carpeted sections of our home so that there is little additional cleanup required. Description of Work: Had 11 stairs treads (tops) and 2 landings sanded and varnished. Finished off an entrance to a room when the carpet ended and wood floor began. Repaired one of the treads.
