She was very professional and took our wishes into account. I really appreciated the folder she provided with the names of plants and instructions.

This was last summer. I watered them during the drought. About a month after they planted them one of the trees started to turn brown and trimmed it back thinking it would come back later. In the fall two more turned completely brown and I now have 4 dead trees and 1 sickly. I sent them an email in September. Just before Christmas I stopped in and a young women filled in a form and said someone would come out and inspect them and get back to me. No response to either inquiry. Early this month I again went to the store and talked to an older women who took my name and cell phone number and said some one would contact me. Today it is the 28th of April and I still don't have any response :( The claim that they have a one year warranty but I think they are stalling so it will be over a year. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Dundee is nowhere near where I live, and is a half hour drive away. But for the past 2 years I have gone there because of the selection, quality, advice, personal assistance and prices. Also, one of my shrubs didn't make it through the winter and they gave me another one to replace it.

I have no complaints. Jane was very attentive and visited every day to be sure things were going as planned. The workers were efficient in the 90 degree plus temperatures. Jane even helped me place the plants that I was to plant after the workers were done with their part. Going above the call of duty, she helped me dig up a couple of plants from my yard to be transplanted in the front and side yards.

JAN WAS THE DESIGNER AND WAS VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. SHE SUGGESTED BERMING THE AREA IN THE FRONT OF OUR YARD WHICH WE HAD NOT THOUGHT OF DOING AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE SPECIMEN TREE IS MUCH LARGER THAN I EXPECTED. THE WORK WAS DONE OVER 3 DAYS AND ALL LOOKS VERY NICE.

THEY CUT DOWN SHRUBS THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE. THEY YELLED AT ME FOR BEING UPSET, THEY DID NOT DO CENTER ISLAND ACCORDING TO THE ORIGINAL PLAN. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY EXTRA FOR SOMETHING I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET. THEY CAME ONTO MY PROPERTY AFTER THEY WERE TOLD TO STAY OFF. I ASKED FOR THE NAME OF THE OWNER, AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME OR HAVE HIM CALL ME.

DAVE HOYT FROM DUNDEE WAS THE ONLY ONE OF 3 COMPANIES WE TALKED TO THAT ASKED THE KEY QUESTION 'HOW DO YOU USE THIS SPACE?' INSTEAD OF JUST RECOMMENDING WE REPLACE THE PATIO. ONCE WE TOLD HIM DAVE RECOMMENDED JUST A WALKWAY WITH PLANTS AND ROCK THAT WOULD TOLERATE THE FREEZING AND THAWING MORE EASILY.
