Clifford The Carpet Cleaner

With very short notice, I coantact Cliff to see if he could help with my carpets in time for an event at my home. I was panicking, as they really needed cleaning, due to a new puppy being trained. They didn't have any openings in time, They thought they had an opening, so I had prepared the rooms, but I called back too late. Cliff called back and said he could work me in, but it was during my work hours. We were able to connect over the phone during the day and he was able to clean the hourse and even treat the areas with pet stains. My carpets look and smell great! This is the second time that Cliff has helped me with my carpeting, and it certainly won't be the last. I appreciate his effort to help and accomodate a short notice request.

This is the third year I have used Clifford and his service is awesome. His wife makes his appointments and works with you to accommodate any special dates coming up. I have a dog, and Clifford always treats those stains with extra attention. I also think that because I use Clifford for my upholstery, my furniture lasts much, much longer. He is a hard, hard worker, very reasonably priced and you get a lot of attention and value for your money. I highly recommend Clifford the Carpet Cleaner!

Great service both in the office support and in cleaning. Great doing business with a local family owned business that cares about taking care of its customers. I've used them before and appreciated the expertise.

I had just bought a house and the upstairs carpets were cleaned but not the downstairs. I called Clifford's and they were able to squeeze me in before I moved in on that Saturday. He took excellent care and ended up doing my complete downstairs for me. Even though I had said, that I understood that he was squeezing me in and I would be ok with just the main areas. I will be calling him in the future when I need carpets cleaned again! Highly Recommend Him!!!

I called Clifford to get a quote and schedule service. Both he and his wife were very friendly and informative about their service. I ended up needing to call back to try and move-up my service in order to be out of our rental townhome on time. I called and begged Liz. She was super helpful and was able to rearrange the schedule to help me out even though they were very busy and booked. Cliff came in and did the carpets. They looked great after he finished, including removing several spots on the stairs. He called when finished and gave a thorough assessment of the state of the carpet, which was very useful. Overall, I would definitely recommend them!

Everything went just fine. They really did a great job. They were very friendly and professional. I would use this company again.

You won't want to have anyone else clean your carpets once "Clifford" has been to your home. My 16-year old carpet, a good quality, looks new after they leave and stays clean. Stains do not reappear because of their hot-water, residue-free cleaning method. Go to their website and know that you can trust everything you read. We've used this company three years in a row and have never been disappointed. You won't be either.

Working with Clifford the Carpet Cleaner was an excellent experience from start to finish. I e-mailed Clifford on a Sunday based on the reviews on Angie's list. I was contacted first thing Monday morning and was able to set up an appointment for the following day. I received a reasonable price over the phone and Clifford was very accommodating to my schedule. When I contacted Clifford, I was embarrassed to have guests in my home due to the condition of my carpets and furniture including pet urine stains. The carpet now looks like new and it is hard to believe the furniture is 10 years old. I am no longer embarrassed and am looking forward to hosting a party this weekend. I will use definitely use Clifford's services again. In addition, I was home alone when Clifford arrived and am always a bit nervous in that situation. Clifford was extremely professional and I was able to spend the morning working from home without being disturbed while the carpets were cleaned.

It went great! Clifford moved anything that I needed moved. He was very meticulous about his process, and he was gentle with my furniture. He educated me on the kind of carpet that I have, and the dos and don'ts with carpeting. Clifford has the best, most powerful equipment. My living room carpet, stairway, and upstairs hallway look brand new. I can't believe it! There was no toxic products used, so no awful smell after the process. Clifford put some hard foam pieces under the legs of my furniture to keep them from any moisture. The carpet dried quickly...long before the 24-hour time frame. He did an amazing job, and he is really a wonderful person! I'm so glad that I found Clifford The Carpet Cleaner. This is a person who takes pride and complete ownership of his work. I feel very lucky!

Cliff was on time, efficient, and cleaned up after himself (it was a rainy day, and he couldn't help but track water in and out). He is personable, and did a fabulous job. I will certainly use him again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

We are very pleased with Cliff's service! He arrived early, kept the appointment to a minimum and left us with the carpets looking clean and refreshed.

If there were a rating higher than "A" I would give it. This is hands down the BEST service experience I have ever received from any home-service company. Elizabeth, who answers the phone and books the service, provided an amazingly detailed explanation of how they work and what to look for in soliciting bids from other companies. They were incredibly flexible scheduling my appointment, as I had a specific date and time I needed to hit in order to coordinate closings on two homes. I have never experienced such responsiveness, timeliness or responsibility from a company doing home services! The cleaning was thorough and effective. Clifford called while on his way, got here on time and explained what he was doing, and why, as he worked. He was fast but didn't skip over anything. He answered my questions politely and even shared photos of his dogs. I will use Clifford for ALL future carpet and upholstery needs and suggest that others do too.

I spoke to Clifford's wife/admin and she gave me a lot of detail about the products they use and that they use these products on their home first. She gave me an estimate, and when Clifford came, he re-assessed the situation and then gave me a new price which was lower than the estimate. We asked him about cleaning the bathroom tile as well, but because we didn't mention it before he got to our house, he didn't have have tile cleaning machine with him, however he gave us some tile cleaner free. Clifford was thorough and timely and conscientious.

This carpet was so dirty and stained (and smelled of cats!) we considered buying new. Clifford worked his magic and the carpet looks brand new. We can't even tell where the stains were and the cat smell is gone. Was on-time, professional, and friendly.

When I called initially, the receptionist was friendly, well-informed, and helpful. She addressed my concerns about the cleaning materials, smell, etc., and was able to give me a price over the phone (based on room measurements). Clifford arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, and finished the job in a few hours. There was no smell at all, and everything was dry within 12 hours (although we were able to walk on it sooner). He made very worn, downright filthy carpet look decent again.

He was just fantastic. He got here at 9 O?clock in the morning and finished up at 4 O?clock in the afternoon. He did not even take his lunch break until I insisted and made him a sandwich. He did all the work at a very reasonable price. I would use him forever because his quality of work and price is very good. He is very, very thorough and did a phenomenal job of removing spots from the carpets.

Clifford's scheduler described the cleaning process, what equipment is used (a truck mount cleaning system), and gave me a rough estimate after I described the space to be cleaned. When I scheduled the job she gave me a window of time in which Clifford would arrive. The day Clifford provided service, he called ahead to let me know he was on his way, was within the scheduled time period and was even on the early end of the time period. When he arrived Clifford looked at the area to be cleaned gave me a detailed estimate, described the cleaners he uses and provided me with more information about his equipment. Because he uses a system which heats water on-site, the carpets turned out beautiful and he removed a dog urine spot that another company was not able to remove! He was very quick and efficient in cleaning the carpets, put foam pads under furniture legs. I feel he took good care of my property.

We were pleased with every aspect of this service. From the initial call, which was handled in a very friendly and professional manner, to the actual cleaning service. Clifford arrived on time and was very friendly and explained the pricing and the work to be performed in detail. He seems to enjoy his work and it shows in the results, which were outstanding. I would highly recommend Clifford for any carpet or tile cleaning work.

The house was broken into and they stained the carpeting bad. I had a few different people who indicated that the carpet was a total loss and that it should be replaced. I called Clifford because I had used him before and he had always done a great job. Once again he came thru. The carpet looks great. I will always use him. Thanks Cliff for doing such a great job.

Clifford is great. He is easy to work with and very professional. I have used them several times, and am always pleased with the quality of the work. Prices always seem a little high, but quality is worth it.

CLIFF DID SOME CARPET CLEANING FOR US IN THE PAST, SO WE HIRED HIM TO DO THE ORIENTAL RUG AND FURNITURE. HE DID A GREAT JOB, AND SHOWED ME WHILE HE WAS CLEANING THE COUCH THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CLEAN AND DIRTY PART. THE FRINGE ON OUR RUG WAS QUITE DIRTY, AND HE WAS ABLE TO GET IT NEARLY WHITE AGAIN. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE.

HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. ARRIVED EARLY BUT CALLED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS OK. WE GOT AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE, AND HE WALKED THROUGH BEFORE STARTING THE JOB AND GAVE A FIRM PRICE. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND WELL.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. PRICES SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH COMPARED TO SOME OTHER SERVICES WE HAVE USED, BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH IT.
