Bill, the estimator arrived on time was very friendly and helpful. He suggested some things we hadn't thought of that didn't cost us any extra. He sent us the estimate quickly and we accepted it. Gordon, the owner, called us to schedule all the measuring and work timetable. He set everything up at our convenience, not theirs. They sent us to the stone company to choose the slab of marble we wanted for our counter tops. The stone company was also easy to work with. Denny came for the measuring for the cabinets and the stone people came for their measurements. The tear out and installation went well. We added some things so the final work came a week or so later than planned waiting for the additions to be manufactured. All in all, it was a good experience.

They seemed confident and were very detailed in their quote. They spent a lot of time sudying the cabinets, taking measurements, and making sure everything was right. They have been responsive, although we haven't had much need for responsiveness. They have always been on time. I am going to use them after the Holidays.

They were great and we would use their services again.

We contacted a couple of Angies list contractors to come out and give us bids and most would do the removal and install but would leave it up to us to do the purchasing of cabinets. We also received bids from Lowes and Home Depot to bid on resurfacing and/or new cabinets and countertops. These options sounded o.k. but we were really uncertain about ordering the cabinets ourselves and what to order and everything else. We then saw a advertisement on the Saturday we were going to make our decision for CabinetPak and were excited to read that they handle the whole process. We called them up and Gordon said he'd come out the next day to take a look and give us a bid. Gordon came out, had some great ideas for us and had a special deal on some top level cabinets. He also had a window where his installers didn't have a for a few days and could fit us in if we could make a decision. Now, I know what you are thinking... that's just some ploy to get us to sign up but they were already booking out for later dates due to the State Fair and I truly trusted Gordon after all the other people we had met with. Gordon left that night with measurements of our kitchen and got us a bid the next day on several options. We went to the showroom that day to pick out the cabinets and to get the order in so we could hit the window for his installers. We picked out some nice shaker cabinets and hardware and had another week to pick out the granite. The cabinets took about a week or two to be delivered and best of all, all the billing and shipping of everything goes to cabinetpak so we didn't have to be at home to get a shipment or deal with invoices or billing anybody! The day the cabinets arrived, they had somebody out at our house to remove the cabinets and prep the kitchen for the new cabinets. Cabinetpak did a great job of pulling the cabinets off the wall so I could give the old ones to my brother in law for his garage. This isn't like on the TV shows where they take the sledgehammer to everything. Very little mess and very organized! That afternoon, the cabinets started to get put in. I think the installers name was Jon. He was very professional and spent the time to do the job right. Half of the cabinets were in by the end of the first day and I could tell that he put a lot of care into doing the job right because all of the cabinets were shimmed to level and everything was square. They also had the guys come out to measure for the granite as that takes about a week to get cut. By the end of the second day, all the cabinets were in and the corner sink cabinet had been resurfaced. It looked amazing! Everything was so clean and new looking! We had the granite installed about a week later and that same day the plumber was out to hook up the sink. When it was all done, our kitchen had been transformed from 80's to modern high-end kitchen in roughly 3 weeks! The best part about working with CabinetPak is that they are the one company you have to deal with. I never had to deal with any cabinet ordering, granite ordering or even the hassle of going to Lowes and buying hardware for the doors. It was all taken care of by CabinetPak! I love telling people we re-did our kitchen in three weeks. They can't believe it can be done but if you know what you want and can make and stick to a decision, CabinetPak is the people to meet with. They may not have every single option you might want in a designer kitchen but they have what 90% of the people out there will want and like and the quality and service are at an incredible price! I would recommend CabinetPak Kitchens to anybody. They are quality people and quality workmanship.

They spent a lot of time working with me on the stain that I wanted. Denny did the install, who happens to be the son of the owner Gordon. Denny was a great - very professional, very experienced. Also, he allowed me to make changes and accommodated all the work I wanted to be done. I spent a lot of time with Bill, Denny, and Gordon - They worked with me with great detail to adhere to exactly what I wanted.

They did an awesome job from start to finish. They are clean, prompt, price competitive, nicely, honest and straight forward. No issues at all. they also have top quality cabinets. I would very highly recommend.

Their work was excellent. I am very happy with their services, and the personnel who worked for us.
