Description of Work: On Friday I noticed that I could not turn the boiler off. The theromostat was all the way down but it comtinued to run. It was 77 deg. in the house and rising. After checking the boiler I threw the breaker to shut it off and called All Mechanical. He arrived just when he said he would and replaced the zone control. Class "AA" company.

Description of Work: They were one of the few companies that responded to my inquiry during an unbearably hot day when my AC wasn't working. They kept me informed about their availability and were there when they said they would be. They recharged the refrigerant in my AC system and charged me less than what I had estimated from their description of how they bill.

Description of Work: Called to schedule appointment to have someone come out and provide estimate to replace central A/C unit. Took my name and had Mark call me back. After learning that our lines ran underground from A/C into house, he explained that he only did replacements, didn't install. When all was said and done he wasn't interested in job - too complex with the underground wiring. Very disappointed. Listing should state their limitations on what they will/won't do, i.e. replace parts/repair - not complete system installs (even when there's an existing unit).

Description of Work: The service from this company was very good. They came when they said they would, fixed what they said they would, and charged what they said they would and were nice and polite. It is nice there are still people who still care if you give them return business. I hope I don't need them again for my ac but if I do have problems I will call again.
