Alarm Force

Installer was fine. The system has never worked right we have had the installer our a few times to fix issues, but we completely stopped using the system back in October 2015. After the alarm went off 7-days in a row and our City charged us $700 in false alarms. The tech said that he thinks there is a wireless issue the the system is not communicating affectively and he could not assure it woiuld. He also found sensors that were dean and not even working which meant our house was not even protected. After paying for the service for 18 months, we sent them an email stating to disconntinue the service. They continue to try and bill us. Instead of owning up to the fact that there system has communicaiton issues, and that they dont monitor all the sensors like they alluded that they do, They refused to send us our money back and recently they sent us a bill for $1500. We have refused to pay it and they sent a collection agency after us. These guys are a complete rip off. I am an avid Angies List user and this is my first review that was not an A rating. Alarm Force is based in Canada. They should stay there.
