Description of Work: We had to replace every window in our house. They did an outstanding job at a reasonable price---beautiful windows, great team to work with.

Responded quickly to my emergency and even suggested I get the replacement myself to save time and money and he would install . Work was done very timely and very professional and at a fair price compared to other estimates .Would use them again

Description of Work: I had two double hung Sunrise windows installed.They isulated the window casing and installed the new windows fast and efficiently. I love the windows, and plan to have them replace more.

Description of Work: Replaced and installed egress window. Replaced and installed laundry room window. I assume well but had already moved.

Description of Work: They repaired a leak on an exterior wall that was leaking into a window then damaging the interior window trim. They did a great job. The window was still in good condition, so no need to replace window.

Description of Work: They replaced a broken deck door window, the stationary side of a sliding glass door. They were great, the service and quality were top notch. They only complaint I have is the price of there windows, the glass itself was more expensive than another quote I got (after choosing to work with Pain in the Glass) and it was much cheaper but to be fair, it was from the original manufacturer and a very large customer who was able to get better pricing.

Description of Work: What we wanted to have done was replace all the windows (12) in our house, as well as wrap the outside framing to keep them maintenance-free. When we decided to move forward, after receiving multiple bids, we chose to go with A Pane in the Glass. The manner in which Allen approached the job was very professional. He was very thorough and we felt his price was reasonable. When we wanted to see a sample of the windows, he didn't just give us a photo, brochure or tiny sample corner of a window, he came back out and brought a whole window so we could see how it would function and look in our house. That really meant a lot. We scheduled the install and were told it would take roughly 2 days. The crew was here on the day we scheduled, and no hiccups, everything went according to plan. They were very careful to keep sure the house didn't get too cold, and really cleaned up, both inside and outside! They were very diligent in showing us each and every window and making sure they worked properly. We will definitely use Allen and his crew in the future.

Description of Work: I never had them perform the service because I didn't feel like they were reliable as they were late for meetings or else misplaced paperwork.
