Went great. They found a crack in the heater core, which was leaking dangerous carbon monoxide into our home. He used a small video camera tool to show me the crack and provided guidance on how to go about getting a new furnace installed.

It was fine. They explained what they were doing as they went. The work turned out good. They seemed honest in that we had an old furnace and they weren’t trying to sell us into buying a furnace from them. They just told us how old and how inefficient it was. We appreciate that they didn’t hardsell us.

They were great because they accepted my "big deal" coupon after it expired. They also sent me some better furnace filters that were actually cheaper than the ones I was buying in the store.

It was excellent. They basically went and checked everything to make sure it was all working perfectly. He explained to me what he was doing. He went there and walked me through step by step on things to watch for that might indicate any future issues and even helped me understand and showed me how to use the in-house humidifier along with the air circulation system. He helped me through things that weren't normally included with just a standard inspection. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to operate the air system so it was very positive overall.

I was extremely impressed and satisfied by my experience with Ductworks. This fall, I found out that I needed to replace my furnace, and received quotes from a handful of local companies. As part of the quote, I was also interested in the possibility of running a supply to an upstairs bedroom. The quote from Ductworks was reasonable and competitive. But what really stood out for me was the attention that Ductworks employees paid to me as a homeowner. I worked directly with Jared Hillsdale and I highly recommend him. He walked me through various options, toured my house with me, and we discussed ways of running a supply up to the spare room. All in all, I was very impressed by time and attention that Ductworks paid to me before I had even signed a contract for installation. They were genuinely interested in helping me choose the best furnace for my house and for my budget, and were honest and upfront with me about the pros and cons of undertaking additional ductwork. On the day of the install, Ductworks employees showed up on time and were very professional and efficient in removing my old furnace and setting up my new one and walking me through the new unit after the install, answering any questions, etc. I made the decision myself not to have the supply installed, and that was not an issue for Ductworks. I am very satisfied by my experience and I would recommend Ductworks to friends without hesitation.

The technician was very professional and friendly. He showed up on time and performed all the work efficiently and did a great job! I can tell that the heating system is more efficient. He also answered all of my questions about upkeep and recommendations for how often this needed to be done. I would definitely hire them again!

The original job was for a tune up of my AC system. When the technician got to work, he determined that there was a leak, so everything was put on hold while new refrigerant and dye were added to the system to find the leak. The follow up appointment never got scheduled and it became too cold to work on the system. We will arrange for a free visit to find the leak when system goes back to work next Summer. | |The company seems a bit disorganized as far as appointments go, but this could be my fault for not pursuing it aggressively enough. The technician was accommodating and seems knowledgeable. | |I would not have written this review without the work being completed, but the people from Angie's List won't leave me alone about the review. I hope the emails stop now.

Poorly. Never returned my call.

I was charged an $89 fee for a service call. Mike the technician said I need a 3 wire pilot assembly and the part alone was $632 plus install labor. Also, recommended that I replace the entire furnace for ~$3000 and no longer repair. I went to receive a 2nd opinion and the furnace was repaired for $215 parts and labor. The technician that repaired had the pilot assembly on his truck and said it is very common issue. I spoke to Scott who said they will not refund the fee because he is trying to run a business and his technician could of been somewhere else. I strongly recommend that you beware of this Company trying to take advantage of minimimal issues and trying to replace the entire furance. Updated review as owner refunded service fee, which means honest and reputable in the end.

The actual appoinment was set for 9/30 but tech showed up on 8/29 - a month early. I happened to be working from home that day so it worked out. Tech was professional and courteous and completed service within an hour.

The price seemed reasonable, and the company contacted me promptly to schedule a day/time for the installation. The technician was a little late (traffic), but called to let me know, and once he arrived, he performed the work within the time frame I'd been quoted and explained the operation and maintenance of the humidifier. Really can't ask for more than that.

Service will not be performed until spring.

Brad was on time and very professional. When he was done, he summarized his findings with me and then emailed me the report. I was very happy with the service and professionalism.

The guy that came out was nice, professional and did a good job. There was no additional cost apart from the big deal.

The furnace tune-up went great. The Service technician (Brad) called me when he was on his way to our house and arrived within the scheduled window. Brad immediately got started and performed the scheduled work efficiently. Brad also turned on and adjusted the furnace humidifier. Brad informed me of the tune-up results and answered all of my questions.

Technician showed up ahead of schedule and was very organized in moving materials into the house (i.e. limited number of door opening on a cold day). He discussed all the work he planned to do which included rerouting the cold air return and water exhaust line. He got right on the job and finished well within the time frame he quoted. The workmanship was excellent and the thought behind placement of the return and water exhaust line was top notch. He then took me through detailed training of the operation and maintenance of the humidifier Overall, top notch service from a friendly, knowledgeable technician who made me feel very comfortable with the changes being made. Have already recommended them to several other people.

The service guy called before he arrived and was very informative onour system. When it's time to service again or replace we will be calling them.

When they installed the unit, we were not there. All in all, it really went well. They were good about leaving information about following up with us so that we could learn how to use the system.

In late spring my wife and I bought a house only to find out this summer that the existing system would not properly cool any floor to a tolerable temp (less than 75 degrees) on the hotter days. In addition the temprature issues we were not able to feel any airflow out of the vents in two rooms upstairs. We tried to troubleshoot the problem with another contractor, but they did not resolve any of our issues. Ductworks was very thorough in their proposal, helping us understand the root cause and how their solution would fix their problem. Their williness to stand by their solution with a guarantee won them the business over the other Bryant contractors we contacted. Following the installation of a new Bryant Evolution system (furnace and air conditioner) we began to feel immediate airflow in the upstairs and since the install have been able to regulate the tempretaure in both zones (upstairs and our main floor). We were very satisfied with their work and so far it has been a great investment. In addition to the new system they helped identify and resolve an issue with our air exchanger. The builder of the house incorrectly installed it, DuctWorks was able to identify the problem and fix it. Overall their prices were very competitive and we would recommend them to all of our friends. It was easy to buy the services online on Angie's List website, print coupons and send an email to schedule the service. Received a prompt response from the company to schedule, and did so without any undue waiting. The technician arrived on time but was apparently not aware he was to do the AC end-of-season check as well. Nevertheless, it worked out fine. I had asked ahead of time whether I could get the air filter and humidifier checked as well, which was done for an additional charge of $29. I can't speak to the quality of the work performed, as I don't know how one would judge it, but everything seems to work fine, and I am satisfied.

They were friendly, punctual, and explained the issues that I might be having with an older furnace. They suggested that I should have it checked again next year and I definitely will use them again.

Punctual , informative and the unit installed requires a minimum of service and filter is inexpensive.

They inspected my furnace. My furnace is new (replaced by them last January) so the service was just a check up. I had a new filter next to the furnace and they were kind enough to change it even although that was not part of the Big Deal. Very happy with this company overall.
