Technicians were helpful and answered all questions. They performed the work quickly and made recommendations. I would definitely use this company again.

The tech arrived on time and has given me the notice prior to arrival when to expect him. He has explained what was done and how he mitigated the issues. He also gave an advice how to do things better in the future. Very professional, punctual and great communication. Will certainly hire the company again.

I was absolutely blown away by the service. The service man was not only bright, but had nearly two decades of experience. I honestly felt like I was his friend and only client. I knew nothing about my furnace before he arrived and he was so informative that I didn't know how to thank him enough. Without question, the best service I've ever experienced from a contractor. They deserve your business.

Originally scheduled for a furnace tune up. Since furnace was older and igniter was ready to fail, decided to order a new furnace instead. Was able to do so through the technician, who helped recommend one for a good price and good fit for my home. The furnace was installed a couple weeks later by another technician. He arrived on time and completed work as advertised. Nice and easy to work with.

They were professional, quick and responsive and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was interested in getting a quote for a new furnace since this one was over 40 years old, inefficient, and the parts were literally grinding themselves into dust. I was never pressured, which was a welcome relief after the last repair company. We concluded a very reasonable deal where I was able to use my Angie's List coupon. They installed the new furnace, A/C and humidifier the next day. The installation crew was great; they even came out and helped push my car out of a snowbank on the side of my driveway when I needed to leave for work. The office staff sent a packet of all the completed rebate forms with addressed, stamped envelopes. This was probably the best home service incident I've ever had.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. It was a fair price for what they did. I would not have paid if it was double that. He knew what he was doing, he was very professional, and he knew what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I was with him the whole time he was here.

Very good. Followed thru in every regard, but what prompted us to share opinion was when we got back from a recent vacation, our system was shut down. It was after hours, and on the control panel showed call Bryant, but when we did, we got the typical 'after hours leave a message'. We called Ductworks, and did the same, and to our surprise, within 5 minutes we got a call back from Mike and he walked us thru the troubleshoot with precision. Total pro. It was a filter that needed replacing(our responsibility) that caused it to shut down. Got us up and running. Ya, we were grateful as it was 5 below outside, and a long time till normal business hours. But to get responded to so quick, and done so with congeniality, that's uncommon these days. yper-allergenic once we were using, and do not turn the thermostat down at night as we were doing as the furnace has to work that much harder in the morning when it is so cold. During one of the nasty cold spells the temperature in the house would not get higher than 65 degrees despite the thermostat being set at 70 degrees. I found DuctWorks on Angie's list-read the many rave reviews and called them at noon. The owner answered and I explained the situation. He put me on hold for 2 minutes-came back on the line-and said Brad would be here in 1 1/2 hours. Brad was the best. He was here over an hour-did the tune-up and was so informative of what was going on and what changes we could make to help the furnace keep up. Two suggestions--Use a different furnace filter-the cheaper ones that allow more air to go through than the 3M ones we were using and do not turn the furnace down at night as it causes the furnace to work harder in the morning when the temps are as cold as they were. I would use this company anytime I had heating and or air conditioning issues. They inspired confidence!

They did an ok job and gave us some pointers which were helpful, including the size of the chimney caps we needed. What was a little disappointing, was that they spent about 20 mins cleaning, and we can still see creosote on both fireplaces. Maybe it doesn't all come off? I would've expected them to explain that if that was the case. If its not the case, I would've expected the creosote to be gone. Also, they tried to sell us dryer vent cleaning and furnace cleaning when they got here, but I had already told them that we had had that done already when I made the appointment.

The communicated well through the Angie's List page and we quickly set up an appointment. The technician who installed the humidifier was fantastic and responsive. He answered all of our questions well.

The provider was very professional and went about his business. He was thorough about making sure all of the system were properly working and seemed to be very honest about the HVAC needing parts at a later time. The provider showed me the replacement parts and gave an estimate of the cost. A job well done.

DuctWorks had given us a bid in the Spring to replace our furnace, water heater and add central Air. After reviewing bids from several other companies, we decided to go with DuctWorks even though they were not the lowest bid, as we felt we would have better response working directly with a smaller company, rather than being assigned an unknown subcontractor. | |It turned out to be the right decision. They worked with us to be able to hold the pricing from their original bid, even though a promotion worth $1100 had expired, and were very patient through several meetings while we got all our questions answered. When we needed a question regarding allowed placement of the outdoor unit answered by the City of Minneapolis, they offered to make the call to find out the answer (and did). | |Work was scheduled and completed quickly and efficiently. We had a little trouble with the installed thermostat, but it was resolved to our satisfaction after phone troubleshooting and consultation. | |When one of the city inspectors removed a part for inspection and then couldn't get it back on, we called them to see what we were doing wrong. The person my husband reached noted he wasn't far away from us, and he stopped in on his way home and was able to fix it. No charge. | |At all times, we were treated with respect and integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The heat when out at our house. My wife called Ductworks and they were out within an hour to look at the issue. After 5 or 10 minutes they had identified the vent outside had a broken bracket that was causing water to pool in a low spot. They were able to replace the bracket very quickly. I would say all the work was completed within 2 hours of calling them. I can't remember the last time I had such prompt service. I will definitely use them again.

Our furnace quit working during the "polar vortex" with temps well below zero. I called for service at 9:15, and Mike was at our house by 10:00. He quickly figured out and fixed the problem, and then took a little time to help us understand our heating & ventilation system better. He also had filters on hand for some routine maintenance we needed to do. Overall a great experience -- would definitely call them again!

It was installed in March of 2012. When we turned it on this year, it did not work. Ductworks came out and Brad quickly located the problem. He had the part needed on the truck and fixed it promptly. He also sold us a new filter which we had not gotten yet.

Called at 9 am wanting to know their prices for emergency service- it was $189 for today (Sunday) or $89 to wait till tomorrow. She said Mike was in maple grove and would call once that job was done with an ETA. He called and was at our house at 1130am. We bought a new filter from him, and 2c he worked his way through the problems, even having to go outside and trudge through 2 feet of unshovelled snow to clear out our potentially frozen outtake vents. By 1pm I've was on his way and our house was warming up!

They did a check-up and cleaned my A/C unit very well and advised me as to what services it required, which I opted to not have performed at the current time.

After several expensive visits from another company, currently rated "C" on Angie's, I tried DuctWorks. Mike showed up early and spent the necessary time and effort to finally figure out all of the issues with my furnace, which was not heating our house at all. Mike made multiple adjustments to the furnace to get it warm enough to heat the house, but not blow the limit switch. He made the extra effort to contact the manufacturer tech support to troubleshoot the various problems with our system, some of which were due to poor design. The cost above was for multiple trips and a replaced part. I was so impressed with Mike's dedication and professionalism. The evening after the job was complete, he called me to make sure our furnace was still running correctly. This was well after normal work hours, so I'm sure it was on his own time. That reinforced to me how much he cared about making sure we were satisfied with the work he did. I'm way more than satisfied! It has been several weeks now and the furnace has been running perfectly! My family is warm again. I could not be happier with DuctWorks and will DEFINITELY use them again!

It went just fine. They did everything they said they would, they were prompt, friendly, did what they did and everything worked out. The price was more than what came out because there were additional things that were needed. There were some things that needed to be done that they did and I can't remember how much it cost.
