Taplin Soft Water

I called Rick to get an estimate on a new water softener. He was at our house a couple hours later and installed the new water softener within an hour. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and walked me through how to use it once he was done. I would definitely recommend Rick.

He was very professional and helpful. He walked through how the new unit workd, and was also well under the cost of other companies we had contacted.

I ordered this unit thru Angies List on Monday 9/8/2014 and Rick had it installed by 9am on Wednesday 9/10/2014. Everything with this purchase went way beyond expectations. Rick was on time for the appointment, if fact a little earlier. I helped him bring the unit in the house and in less than an hour he had it installed. When he was done he went thru everything I needed to know about the unit. How to set it and recommended what salt to use. A very nice, professional guy. I would recommend Rick to anyone who needed plumbing services. Thanks Rick for a great experience!!!!!!

I called one day and he came the next day installed the new unit and it works GREAT! A week later he stopped by to explain how the new softener worked since I was out of town when it was installed. My wife and daughter are very happy with the new water softener and there is no rust!

This is is our second water softener from Taplin Soft Water. The first softener lasted 21 years! Rick responded to our call on the same day that we needed a new softener. He was able to determine what type of softener was needed for our home, came to the house that day with the new softener and within an hour after arrival, we had a new operating water softener. He also took our old softener away for disposal. We are very pleased with the service and products from Taplin Soft Water.

I called Rick in the afternoon on Tuesday, and by 8:30 Wednesday morning had my new softener installed. Price was over 25% less than the same model from two other firms who quoted, and less than half of the cost that the "name brand" water "treatment" firms wanted for their basic models. I'd highly recommend Taplin to anyone needing a new softener.

After having poor experience with another water softener company I found Taplin on Angie's list. He came out to see why my water softener was leaking and explained that it needed to be replaced. He had the softener with him and replaced it on the spot within an hour. Great service!

Prompt, punctual and extremely cost conscious. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. Price was far below competitors and research on the unit proved it is comparable with others at much higher rates. Plus, manufacturing/distribution of the conditioner is performed by a local company.

This is my second water softener from Taplin. Fantastic product and company. The first one was 23 years old and only had to be replaced because other contractors damaged it during a different project. Rick actually answers the phone or calls back right away. Service is extremely prompt, personable, and high quality. I asked to have the new one positioned differently in the laundry, which required moving pipes. He made it happen cheerfully, not the normal excuses about how much work it would be. Highest, highest recommendation!

Called Taplin Soft Water as they were the suppliers of our existing water softener. Our existing softener was 12 years old and had started to leak. We called Friday morning asking for an estimate and when they'd be able to replace the softener. He was in the area and said he could be to our home within 2 hours. Replacing the unit went smoothly; the job was completed in just over 30 minutes. We were very happy with the prompt efficient service and overall cost!
