The service turned out very well. They are really great.

They were always on time and I would recommend them anytime.

Chris had done the electrical work in our lower level in 2011 when we completely remodeled the entire space. That work involved new wiring, a new electrical sub-panel, ceiling can lights, a ceiling fan, outlets, switches. and two smoke/CO2 detectors. We were extremely happy with his work, and called him again when we were ready to do the bathroom.

Mr. Chris was always on time, professional and very neat. His estimate was spot on.

Mr. Chris was really good - very professional, explained everything well and totally and completely upfront. We really liked and felt trustful of his abilities.

Working with Chris was a great experience. His professionalism, open lines of communication and most importantly his keen eye for quality and detail was excellent. We will definately use Chris on all future electrical work. We could always count on Chris to meet his commitments and he did a great job of ensuring that all his work was inspected and passed local and state electrical codes. He even pointed out some questionable electrical work done by the previous owners of our house and corrected it.

Chris and a individual he is training arrived on time, listened to my explanation of the issue and began work. They worked very clean, took care of all trash post repair. The lights now work as expected.

Fantastic! The service call for a short was responded to immediately (as there was a burning smell involved). The short was repaired, and then an additional inspection was performed (as we had recently moved into the home). The inspection revealed that the service panel was needed a complete overhal, especially as we planned renovations in many parts of the house. The professionalism and responsiveness was A+, and we never felt pressured at all to do any work that wasn't necesssary. It was an honest appraisal of our electrical needs there was no "upsale" of unnecessary parts/services. We have other friends that have used Primary Electric and they have also had outstanding service from Primary Electric. Will definitely use again as needs arise!

Of all the contractors I have used in the past 13 years of owning my home Chris is my favorite! He is professional, accurate, courteous and always treats my home as if it were his own -- giving me options, cost saving ideas and leaving the house clean when he leaves. His cost estimates have never overrun..and he is very honest about timing and availablitliy, always showing up when he promises to. I have referred him to many friends. When you refer someone it is a reflection on you...and I would never hesitate to refer him!

He was timely, he always cleaned up very well after himself, he was always willing to answer questions. He put a whole new apparatus in our basement as a courtesy. I would recommend him to anyone because he is very professional. Someone else who was working on our house at the same time had not reinstalled the thermostats properly, by accident. That night when we did not have any heat, we called Primary Electric and he immediately came by, even though it was a Friday night, and he fixed the problem within minutes. He then stayed afterward to do several tests to make sure that it was working properly.

As always, Chris did a fantastic job with the project. He was meticulous in his work, he communicated along the way about various options that were available to me as well as the steps that would need to be taken to complete the job including a very accurate cost estimate. Throughout the project I always got the sense that Chris truly cared about making sure the work was done right the first time...including all the small details. Chris is a true professional who has been a joy to work with on any project in which I enlisted his assistance over the years. Moreover, I've recieved numerous compliments about my recommendation of Chris's work from friends and family all over the metro area.

Chris provided all the information about what would be happening throughout the replacement well before the day of the work. He had obtained the permit and scheduled with the power company before hand. They showed up on time in the morning and work proceeded just as he had explained in advance. We were without power for about 4 hours and the whole job took about 8 hours to complete. After the work was completed he scheduled with the city inspector to review the work, which went fine as expected. I'm an engineer and somewhat particular so I did look closely at the work and everything met with my expectations. I would absolutely use his services again.

Chris is absolutely the best. He is very friendly, trustworthy, and professional. He shows up when he says he will show up, returns calls and answers questions without making you feel like you are stupid. He goes above and beyond to do a quality job. One night he showed up for us at 10:00pm because the alarm on our sump battery was going off. He did not install the battery, but was here to help us out. We could not have slept in our home that night without his help. Made a huge impression on us.

It went well, on schedule, at the quoted price. Very nice work, very professional.

Chris did a fantastic job for us. He was very professional and punctual. During the job he discovered a problem with the service entrance point (would not likely meet code) and re-located it for a very reasonable price. We were very happy with the work performed and the price was great as well!

We are very pleased with the owner Chris Boetcher who spent a good amount of time with us to review our situation and work on our bid. Per our request, he put some of the things on the bid as line items so we could choose how much of our improvement we wanted to do. He spent several days doing the work himself with an assistant. He was very conscientious of his work and cleaned up after himself. We are very pleased with the professional outcome of his work and will definitely hire him again to do more of our projects to improve the electrical of our old house.

Chris was professional, timely & reasonably priced. We would not hesitate recommended his service to others and will use him again should need arise.

When Chris came over to give us an estimate, he arrived promptly on time. He was friendly, professional, and courteous. He took a good long look at the project, pointing out several problem areas. In the end, he decided that he didn't feel comfortable taking on the work and declined to put in a bid. My wife and I really appreciated his honesty and commitment to doing things right. So, while he won't be doing this project, we'll certainly consider him for any future work.

Chris arrived on time, and was quite pleasant and professional. He was quick, clean, careful to explain the work that he did, and include me in any decisions that he needed me involved with (like sconce and speaker placement).
