Description of Work: OWNER DICK RAICH IS EXTREMELY POOR AT RETURNING TELEPHONE CALLS. HIS ESTIMATE WAS COMPETITIVE, BUT I HAVEN''T BEEN ABLE TO GET HIS ATTENTION FOR FOLLOW-UP AND REFERENCES DESPITE 3 CALLS OVER A WEEK''S TIME. HE WAS ALSO 1 1/2 HOURS LATE FOR THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT.
