We were very happy with Aleksey's work, attention to detail, professionalism, fair price and dedication to fixing our problem (a leaking shower). We had paid a different contractor to repair this leak and after a year the leak was back. Aleksey updated his approach to the repair as we learned more about the source of the leak, as he was determined to make sure the leak will not return. As the plan for the repair evolved he only charged us for the materials, not the additional time. He also removed the grout and re-grouted the walls of the shower, replaced several cracked tiles, and acid washed the tile floor of the bathroom. His pricing was very fair and he was always responsive and punctual. The work looks great! We would definitely hire Aleksey in the future if we were doing tile work.

Alexsey was very responsive when I reached out for a bid. He was able to provide the bid by viewing photos I texted to him the same day -- such a time saver! The bid was reasonable, and we set a service date for the next week. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and set right to work on the shower. I checked in on him a couple of times while he was performing the work, and he took the time to explain the process and how everything was going. The job turned out great -- very professional result. He was neat and clean, and even left us with a leftover tube of colored caulk that we would be able to use in other areas of the bathroom. A first-class experience all the way!

Replaced moldy section of drywall with cement board. Found tiles that came very close to matching the tiles that I broke. Installed the tiles using Power grout in such a way that the repair is almost indistinguishable from the original. I was vey pleased. Cleaned up well and dealt with my grandchildren underfoot in a pleasant way. Highly recommend.

The project went very well and the results were far better than we dared hope for! Anyone that needs tile work done should definitely call Aleksey!

Aleksey came to our house and gave us an estimate of $750 for cleaning and regrouting our ceramic tile shower. It hadn't been professionally cleaned for over 15 years, probably longer. We needed a new shower door installed too. The day of the job, he went to Menard's to pick up the door which was great! The cost for doing this and installing was $250, totally worth it. Everything went smoothly and he consulted me for my input as the day progressed (so, no surprises which was nice). Aleksey is very personable and knowledgeable, a good combination. The whole job took two days (actually about 10 hours). I am going to have some kitchen tiles done soon and Aleksey will be the first I call.

It could not have gone any better. Aleksey did A+ work for a reasonable price. This was about 30 square feet of penny-round tiles. I provided all materials. He took the time to talk through the process at the beginning and asked good questions of me. I left to go to work and came back at the end of the day. He explained the cure time and did a wonderful job cleaning up after himself. I will be having him back to manage a whole-bath renovation of a tub and shower.

Aleksy was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to texts/ phone calls. Showed up when he said he would. I felt comfortable leaving him in my home while I ran errands. My new tile backsplash looks perfect. We would definitely hire him again for future projects

We called Aleksey of North Point on Thursday and he scheduled John to come out and do the work the next morning at 9:30. He arrived on time and worked non-stop until around 7 pm. The finished work was as promised and there was no mess. I used the "5% off coupon" for Angie's List subscribers and that was it. No drama. I have another larger job involving the master suite bathroom and North Point will be at the top of my list.

Aleksey worked on a small bathroom where we were converting a tub to a shower and replacing all the tile. He was very attentive to detail and consulted me appropriately on decisions regarding the final design and other issues related to the conversion of a tub to a shower. He was also able to give me good advice on grout color and the specific type of grout to use. I think the final product looks great and will serve us well for many many years. This was a difficult job not because the space is so large, but rather because it is a very small bathroom in an 8th floor condo. This means that all the demolition trash and the new tile, mortar, etc. had to be taken up and down in an elevator. And, there is no attached garage for cutting the tile. Aleksey worked very well within these constraints personally carrying the heavy loads of garbage and the mortar, etc. Seeing how hard he had to work to do this job, I can tell you that it was worth every penny to have him do it. I rated the price good versus excellent because it was expensive to hire out for this tiny bathroom. However, the quality is excellent and there is absolutely no way this could have been DIY, in my opinion. It would have take much much longer and I know I would not have had the quality needed. I would recommend Aleksey to others needing tile work.

The workmanship was excellent, it was done efficiently and neatly, the price was quite reasonable and, to top it off, Aleksey is a really nice guy!

Aleksey came out and provided an estimate of services, provided recommendations, and then came out and performed the services. The entire job took two days, which involved removing the master bath tile backsplash due to damaged and broken tile present and then replaced the backsplash. On day 2 he grouted the tile backsplash and also regrouted some tile flooring and recaulked and regrouted the shower. Work was excellent. He was a pleasure to have in our home.

He was prompt, professional, and and hard working ! Finished sooner than originally projected. The price was very fair. He is an enjoyable person that we felt comfortable having in our home for 7 days of construction. He worked with us to do some extras that were a challenge for him but he wanted me to be happy. We signed up for this service through Angie's List and then one thing led to another and we ended up with a complete kitchen remodel. That meant Aleksey was put on hold until the other things were done. He was gracious about it, and when we finally had it all done and were ready and called him, he came out the next day and completed the backsplash. He was friendly, responsive, professional, and did a great job.

He was very meticulous and very helpful. He did the job well. HE also gave us some tips on other jobs cause we had a few other projects lined up.Wold definitely recommend .

Aleksey did a very nice job on what we considered to be a fairly complex installation: white subway tile in the shower with black grout, framed by black subway tile. We needed someone who was meticulous in their work as we were concerned that even minor errors or unevenness in the tile layout would be magnified due to the contrasts in color between the tile and grout. Aleksey delivered; he was unfazed by the project and proved to be a stickler for the details. Our shower looks great!

Aleksey came out to my house the day after I contacted him. He knew exactly what he needed to do and did the job well. Two other guys decided they weren't capable of installing glass tile that is on a plastic backing. Aleksey tackled the job just fine. He was very prompt and professional. Thanks, Aleksey!
