Wow!! Everything from start to finish was wonderful. Aleksey started the job 4 days earlier than we planned, which was perfect because we had the floors done before we moved in. He is a pre-emptive problem solver; he realized (correctly) that tearing out the old carpet would be much easier for him to take care of than us, as we naively thought it would be easy to get rid of 300+ square feet of carpet and padding with our Ford Escape. He stayed in contact with us throughout, and when he realized that we didn't purchase quite enough tile he measured it out several times to let us know exactly how much to get. The work was BEAUTIFUL. The grout color he chose was perfect. Aleksey is a total and complete champion; he and Vlad did such good work that if not for the fact that he specializes in tiling, he'd be our go-to for all house projects. We will definitely hire him for our kitchen once we get to that project.

Service was prompt, professional, and courteous. The owner contacted me almost immediately after I purchased the service on Angie's list, and he was extremely accommodating of my schedule. His employee showed up and quietly went about his business. When he was done he contacted me to let me know and left. No fuss which was great. I highly recommend this business. They explained everything that needed to be done, and when I asked about fixing some grout he was fair and honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait until later.

Aleksey came out to give estimate same day I called and entire job was done a week later! He and his crew removed 200 squ feet old linoleum floor, subfloor, floor edging, toilet, dryer, closet doors then laid new subfloor, tile, grouted, and re-installed edging,toilet,dryer, closet doors for $3600(I supplied the porcelain tile). This was literally 1/2 the price of 2 other estimates. Company has 15yrs experience, 5 yr work guarantee and used only top grade supplies and workmanship-and I am very picky. Aleksey and crew were extremely prompt, professional and clean. Would recommend without hesitation.

I was so happy I chose to go with Aleksey. I told Aleksey that I would have help in removing the toilet, pedestal sink and my stove and refrigerator. As a tip to others who do this, I highly recommend that you either tape around your cabinets or cover them with painter's plastic, which is what I did. I also covered my furniture located on the other half of the first floor. On the first and part of the second day the tile was removed as well as the 1/4" wood strip along the baseboard. The second, third and fourth day, the tile was laid. On day 5, grouting was done, quarter inch trim on baseboard replaced and they cleaned up. I think there was four other guys who worked on the project. Alexsey was offsite but stop by every morning and later in the day. And, I know he would call and check in with them throughout day as well. And, of course, h was here the last day to ensure work was completed right. There are many tough angles in my floor plan and the one man who did all of the difficult cuts is a true craftsman. One night, he worked until 7pm. I know Aleksey is a true craftsman as well when I see all of the raving reviews about him. His crew are hard workers and I never worried when I left my house to do errands. I highly recommend him and his crew. Many times they arrive early and always started on time.

Aleksey is our go-to person for anything tile or stone related from now on! He answers all calls and texts promptly, is punctual, professional, has pride of workmanship AND charges very reasonable rates. Highly recommend!

My experience with North point services was just five stars across the board. From customer service to finishing the the job, everything was excellent!!. Alex showed up did the job in the time frame he promised and was very clean. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. Just great service.

They were so nice to work with. Took the time to explain any potential issues and were very flexible. I am very happy with the work that was done and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely give them a call again for future work.

Aleksey was very professional. He arrived exactly at the time that he said and was very reachable. The backlash was done the same day. We are happy with the end results.

I can't say enough about these guys. I had sent messages to 4 different companies on Angie's list and have yet to hear back from the other three. Aleksey on the other hand emailed me the next day and came out to my house the day after. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me a quote and timeline. He and his workers were here working about a week and a half later (just because the replacement tile had to be ordered and shipped which took a week). The whole job took four days and looks amazing and professionally done. Whenever I had a question or concern, Aleksey would usually respond to my email within the hour. Just to give an idea of the value, I did have another contractor out (not on Angie's list) they quoted the job at around $6400 and wouldn't be able to come out until maybe sometime in December. Really a fantastic company!!

North Point Services completed the job quickly and with high quality. It was a pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was not a good experience. The issue was they just didn't use the correct products for an older home. All of the grout that they did basically failed within three months. My interaction with them was fine. There was nothing wrong with the interaction. He was very straightforward of what he was telling us. The work failed. We have an older house so the walls are moving a little bit and the products that they used did not have any type of something on it. When the walls moved a little bit, all of the grout cracked between all the tiles. They should know the products that they are using and they should have a more thorough knowledge of the products they are using.

These guys were great. High quality work, great attitudes, very responsive. They worked hard to get the job done-there were never fewer than two and as many as five guys here to get the job done on the promised timeline. Great clean up. The results are beautiful.

Aleksey did a fantastic job. He showed up right on time and made our bathroom looking like it's brand new. I would recommend him again for this type of work and will reach out to him whenever we have more of this type of work!

Aleksey did a few tiling projects for us. Everytime the project turned out great. He is a hard worker and knows what he is doing. Very respective of the property and knows his business well. Would recommend using him for your next tile projct.

Aleksey and his team were professional and did great quality work at a fair price. They were AMAZING with communication and returning of all calls and emails promptly. We got bids for nearly double what we paid with Aleksey. I appreciate how his bid included all labor, grout, and underlayment materials. We were responsible for the cost of the tile and any other fixtures that we chose. This really helped me keep an eye on actual cost of the project rather than some contractors who provide a "faucet allowance" or other range-type prices in their bids. I knew exactly what we would be paying before the project started and I was able to make my design selections without worrying about an allowance. I appreciated the attention to detail and how great Aleksey was at following up with us regarding plumbing work or inspections. We would definitely use him and his team again.

Val and his team did a great job. They cleaned-up after themselves each day, offered some helpful suggestions on design, and dealt with the challenges of my old crooked walls without complaint. Val even offered to come back and add additional caulk around the tub when I finished my rehab project. I would use them again for certain.

Aleksey and his team were great! They were helpful, efficiency and did a fantastic job on the tile. We remodeled a shower in a rental property and would definitely use them again for other projects. Highly recommended.

Alexey showed up propmtly at 8 am as promised. Explained why the old floor kept cracking and explained how he would remedy that. He is an extremely nice guy and the new floor looks great. Time will tell if this problem child has resolved itself with Alexey's great work.

Aleksey and Val were excellent. From the quality to the pricing to the flexibility and relationship building they did everything. You can really tell they know the business and their team had the skillset to get the job done right. They went above and beyond to help out with projects unrelated to tile, finished on time even if it meant coming on Saturday and always made suggestions and verified my preferences before moving ahead. The team was enjoyable and easy to be around and they tolerated my crew of kids and dog who were constantly underfoot. We would hire them anytime for any variety of household improvement. Very well done, I was impressed!
