Chris did a great job on installing a new tile shower floor. He takes pride in his work. He was very accomadating to my schedule, coming at night and weekends. I will definitely have Chris back for future projects!

Christopher was patient and thorough in explaining the multiple layout options and their associated pros and cons.He even took the time to lay the tiles out to assure I understood the look I selected. He advised me of locations at which my tile purchase could be discounted through his company, but he did not restrict me to those locations for tile purchase. When the wrong tile was delivered, he responsibly returned the tile for me (very heavy) and delayed the installation despite the interruption to his schedule. He kept me well appraised of his schedule and possible start dates and worked graciously around my schedule. He was always prompt, courteous, and informative keeping me appraised step by step of all developments. He was well informed on the grout options and made an excellent recommendation. Chris always thoroughly cleaned up after each days work. He worked quietly and consistently. I highly recommend considering him for any tile installation.

He 1st came to us to do an estimate, one of 3 we had called. He agreed to start right after the holidays. He was here at the time he said he would be each day of the install. The tile we had chosen was marble with inserts of ceramic tiles. It took 2 days to install. He returned the 3rd day to grout, and 4th day to seal. He did a fabulous job. I think he may have under-estimated the job. but did not go back on the promised price.

They did an excellent job and the job was a difficult job. He takes pride in the work and design he does. He works well with the customers to make sure the work he is doing is what the customer wants.

Chris reconfirmed the details the night before and suggested we pick up a matching piece of tile to replace a cracked one, thus saving him time and us more money. It worked out fine. He began the job one day, let things dry then returned the next day to complete the finishing touches.

Chris came out and gave us an estimate promptly. The estimate was very reasonable compared to the other quotes we got. The estimate was very detailed in what work will be completed and how it will be completed. Chris also recommended the sizes of the window blocks we should purchase and that we should move our stuff away from under the windows so they are easily accessible. On the day of installation, he and his helper showed up right on time and did an excellent job with the masonry work. They protected the carpet from our front door to the work area and cleaned up afterwards. Some minor framing and caulking was needed unexpectedly. Chris returned the next day as promised and finished the framing and caulking. Very happy with his service.

He returned my call right away. He came out and gave us an estimate. He gave us suggestions that were very helpful. I always felt confident that he was listening to what we wanted. He always left the work area clean and covered the floors leading to the bathroom that he tiled. We are very happy with the results.

We couldn't be happier with the results. I had purchased the stone tiles myself and Chris gave me good suggestions on type/color of grout to use, placement of the tiles, light and electrical outlet covers, etc. It looks great and it changes the whole appearance of our kitchen, built in the 80s, oak cabinets, but now very modernized with the granite and natural stone. Chris was punctual, very clean, covered everything, cleaned up at end of day, etc. professional, friendly and most importantly produced a very quality installation. We would definitely hire him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his work. I especially liked that he did all the work himself and it was not "farmed out" to others. I also plan on using him for some bathroom work and he clearly told me what he could and could not do, which was much appreciated. You won't be disappointed with his quality work!

The original plan was to remove and replace the lower one-fourth of the shower wall tiles and also regrout the floor tiles. However, after removing the lower one-fourth rows of the shower wall tiles we found that there was considerable water damage and mold behind the old tiles, so Chris worked his way up removing the old tile until there was no moisture or mold issues. We ended up having Chris remove and replace approximately the lower three-fourths of the tiles. When Chris started the regrout of the floor tile we found that the original tile had been improperly installed and there were mold issues there also, so we had Chris remove and replace all of the floor tiles. As the entire project progressed, Chris kept us informed and made professional suggestions when we needed to make a decision. The original project was expected to take 3-4 days, and even after all the setbacks and additional work, Chris still completed the project in less than 5 days. Best of all, with all the changes from the original plan, the final bill was very reasonable. We felt that Chris is very knowledgeble in his line of work, has an eye for detail, and is very easy to work with. He was very helpful in helping us decide how to transition from the old tile to the new tile, and recommended a border tile, which looks great. Chris arrived promptly at 8 every day and was never an interrruption to our daily routine. We will definitely call Chris for our next tile project.

He arrived when he said he would and started work right away. He was very careful about getting the placement right ( the job was a bit unusual) and it turned out just the way I wanted. I'm delighted with the results! So much so that he's coming back to do another job on my kitchen back splash!

I was looking for someone to put tiles on my kitchen wall. I found this company on Angie'slist.com and glad I came across Chris. He was very responsive and took his time to explain all details that I would need prior to starting. He completed on time and even came back to make sure everything was still in the right place. I may have future bathroom work that I am planning to call him again.

It?s a small operation but they do excellent tile and mosaic work; he is a nut for detail. I recommend him because he does great work and his prices are low.

I was filled with hope when Chris answered my call and seemed interested in my relatively small scale job. He said he'd try to come out the next day for an estimate. As promised, he came the next day, and on time no less! He started my project within three days and quickly completed it. I cannot say enough about his exceptional responsiveness, punctuality, integtirity, neatness, professionalism and overall quality of his work. We put the project on hold for one day (his suggestion) as I was struggling a bit with the design detail over the cooktop. It was more important to Chris that I love the end result than getting the job done and moving on to his next project. He was so patient and open to my ideas! (I am a bit of a perfectionist.) His price was reasonable and the estimate was right on. This was by far the best contractor experience I've ever had. He was even great with my dogs! I will definitely hire Chris again when I redo my master bath and will recommend him to my friends. Thank you Chris and Angie's List!

I cannot think of a more positive experience. Christopher worked continuoiusly and did a beautiful job. He added "artistic" touches which really perfected the work. He is honest and hardworking. He gets a 4.0 for a job very well done.
