They are extremely honest and capable. I thought I needed new brakes so I took my car in, turns out the noise I was hearing was actually due to not using my brakes enough. They are very accommodating, took me home when needed.
They try to hard to take good care of their customers.
"I apologize to the customer for the misunderstanding on his bill or getting the vehicle done the same day. We went over the price including the added on tuneup charge before the work was started. He agreed to the cost of repairs. I explained with the added tuneup we could not complete in one day since this was a time consuming service to begin with. He authorized the repairs including the extra cost for tuneup. I extend Angie's List customers a 18 month and/or 18,000 mile warranty. My commercial accounts and extended after market warranties are 12 months and/or 12,000 miles and that maybe where the confusion was. My warranties are found on this site as well as my company website and printed materials. The discussion happened when he picked the vehicle up after services were completed. I assumed all questions were answered to his satisfaction before services began. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding and will always work to be fair and ethical with my customers."
