Description of Work: We hired Swencraft to completely remodel two bathrooms and to do a couple of updates on a third bathroom. There did all the work we asked them do and offered many helpful suggestions. They were very good at communicating - letting us know any changes that came up and getting our feedback and approval before proceeding.

Description of Work: Replaced subfloor in upstairs bathroom. found some mold. corrected it (no charge) and replaced with new vinyl. Just the way it's supposed to be, give an estimate show up on the agreed day install floor remove all residue. The repair was perfect. What else could I expect?

 + 3 moreIt went fantastic to say the least. Eric came over to do an estimate and see what we were working with. He went home and came up with a bid for us, and started the project a few days later. The door has added an immense value to our house, and the electrical outlet was moved and re-done correctly. Can't thank them enough.
Description of Work: This was a big job, I thought. We had a new doorway put in between the lliving room and den in our house, as you had to walk through a bedroom to get to the rest of the house and it was very inconvenient. They had to cut a door sized hole in the wall, move an A/C vent over 11", an outlet over 16", ad remove a phone jack just to make it work. They did an awesome job of picking out a door that fits the house, and were exceptionally fast at getting this done.

 + 2 moreThe people that owned our house before us did an awful job at picking out what to do when they remodeled the bathroom. There was plasterboard behind what should have been a backsplash in a kitchen, and was specifically not supposed to be used in a shower. It was turning into a big wet moldy mess so we had Eric come out and take a look at it. This was the second time he had been to our house for repair, and he was just as baffled as we were when he saw the way they had done the bathroom. Just awful. They were working through most of a weekend to try and get this all settled for us so we could take a shower again, as we only had the one bathroom. When we asked, halfway through the project, if they could also add a new fan in the bathroom, and a new shower head, they were more than willing. They always did things the right way, even if it was a little more difficult. The bathroom looks awesome now! We will definitely use them for any future projects we have.
Description of Work: Remove old shower surround, safety bars, shower head, and sheet rock 5 ft. high off of tub deck. Check for mold and treat if any present. Install new stud wall at back of tub. Install new cement board surrounding tub, 5' high. Install new 12x12 tiles (Sahara - from Home Depot, allowance of $.57 per tile), using Vinyl Schluter strips to handle outside corners around window and one side wall corner (sand pebble color with round edge). Use two additional Schluter strips to cover two exposed vertical edges of tile (sand pebble with straight edge). Grout with sanded grout (Bone color) and apply colored matching caulk to all inside corners. Install new shower head and bathroom fan and clean tile and tub.

 + -1 moreEric is an excellent communicator. We had to revise a few plans as we ran into issues, but they were very easy to resolve. (This will happen as I know - I use to do most of my own projects :) He always gave me options as to how to proceed letting me make the final decision. With his fair prices, it was just easier letting the experts do it.
Description of Work: Eric replaced the bathroom tub and tile. He had to remove the old tub surround and tub, then put new green rock, tile, and tub in. He did a great job!. He's an honest Christian guy who has done other work for me as well. This included replacing my old screw in fuses with a new resettable circuit panel. He and a buddy of his also installed a high efficiency furnace in our huose as well. That was done in a cold January day, so it had to be done quick. All the projects turned out great.
