Service and quality were excellent. Negotiated a group discount that included 3 driveways in our neighborhood to be done at the same time. They submitted the best price out of 3 quotes, before the discount, and include a 5 year warranty. They were prompt and professional and maintained a very clean job site. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to replace your asphalt driveway.

Wayne and his crew were great! I would hire Jellison's again, but clearly specify that more attention be paid to the small details; for example, small flecks of asphalt can be seen on a large portion of our concrete garage apron and the adjoining section of our sidewalk. In addition, the point at which the asphalt meets the concrete apron still dips a bit and collects water. It certainly is much improved, but, the problem, nonetheless, was not resolved completely. To Wayne's great credit, he checked out the problem (the same day as my call) and insured me that the problem would no longer exist by spring and promised that if it does, he will address the issue. Wayne also extended the asphalt by a foot or two on the corner of our driveway at no additional cost. There is no question that Wayne cares about the work he does; I am feeling a bit bad about complaining. Unfortunately, I had really hoped for a clean, sharp look to our driveway and am a bit disappointed that we did not get that result.

Immediately responded to a request for a quote. Explained the quote and process in detail, and gave a detailed layout of the area to be paved. Kept in regular contact until the project was completed.

Incredibly well! My new driveway was damaged by a local utility and required replacement. Not only did Wayne Jellison, explain the situation to the utility, he also advocated on my behalf to replace rather than repair the driveway! The utility eventually agreed and Wayne made sure my job was done within budget and well in advance of cold weather setting in. He and his crew are delightful, professional, competent, ethical and truly nice people. I cannot say enough good things about Jellison's. You definitely want to hire them.

Jellison's installed our new driveway 8/27/18. Wayne Jellison, the owner is extremely unprofessional, dishonest, hostile and a bully. He yelled at my elderly father when they were installing the driveway. Wayne and his son Mike yelled at me when they came out to look at the issues claiming it’s a perfect driveway. He refuses to fix and/or refund me for all of the issues. There are multiple parts of the driveway that are less than the contracted 18 feet. There are drainage issues, roller marks and other miscellaneous marks.

Jellison's Best Blacktop is a highly professional, honest operation that does a great job for a reasonable price. They submitted a written estimate, answered questions about it, and did what they said they would do. The pulled out the old driveway, laid a solid new roadbed, and put in a very nice-looking asphalt top. They said in their estimate that if the footings near the garage were crumbling, they would have to charge $600 more to replace them. But, the found that this work was not needed and charged me only for what they had to do. I was impressed. Recommend them highly. Jeff

Desiree came out within a day of calling to give us our bid and explain to us our options in regards to a sinking apron, cracked driveway and a side addition. We ended up choosing to do a complete driveway replacement for our 3 car driveway and couldn’t have been happier with the choice to do so. Tanner and the guys were very nice and communicated with us throughout the replacement and installment. The driveway looks amazing and would reccomend Tytann to anyone who is in need of driveway repair/replacement.

No response after two attempts to request a quote so went with someone else.

I received a prompt estimate to replace a 2-car driveway and told that there may be an issue with the cement blocks just under the end of the concrete garage slab. I was told in advance that most blocks degrade of over the years due to road salt getting into the joint of the driveway and garage floor. This would be an additional cost, but without it, the driveway would eventually sink again. I liked that this company advised me on this because in the long run it pays off very well. The crew came to remove the old driveway. They were friendly, thorough, and made the job look easy so that means they were very experienced. The base is prepared and left for about 2 weeks. Then a crew came out to pour concrete to fortify the wall under the garage floor. After that was done, Wayne called to schedule the new driveway and said the crew would be at the house at about mid-day. So noon went past, then 1:30 and I decided to call but they were out doing other jobs and couldn't hear calls coming in. At 2:30 I left a message with Mike, Wayne's son. Then I tried calling one of the offices. It turns out that person just happened to leave early that day to attend an event. Bottom line, I was called back to say they were on the way and I had been scheduled as the 4th and final job of the day so they couldn't have gotten here much sooner. Wayne apologized for the misunderstanding and I was just glad they were there to put the driveway in. So all was well, we had a laugh at my office call coming in on the rare day when someone left early. (Series of unfortunate events :) The driveway looks fantastic! I now know that the foundation by the garage floor will prevent the top of the driveway from sinking again. A new driveway really drastically affects the curb appeal of the house. I had an Angie's list coupon and that helped with the additional expense of the concrete poured to shore up the foundation wall. I would highly recommend this company. Great crew, great job.

They discovered that our driveway had not really been set up properly in the past and corrected all of that. Ran into a few issues, but stood by their estimate and delivered a perfect driveway! You can count on them, that is for sure. Easy to communicate with, I highly recommend.
