Description of Work: I hope the product is good (I think it will be), but the sales process was incredibly misleading. I fell for the same ploy they seem to play on everyone else from what I am now reading. The “commercial” guy comes out and gives special “commercial” pricing that needs to be accepted quickly. I was told I would get an additional discount (now I doubt I did) if they could fit my job in when they had some spare time between their other commercial jobs. Remarkably, he had a “crew” with availability in only 2 days. The “crew” that showed up was one guy who as obviously an independent contractor. There was no Leaffilter branding anywhere. I don’t want to say the sales pitch was fraudulent, but it was definitely misleading and I fell for it (and likely paid way too much). FYI - I now see Costco has a similar (highly rated), easy self-install product for under 1/10th the cost of what I ended up paying. Wish I would have explored other options, but I tend to trust that people aren’t deceptive. Unfortunately, too many contractors are. Trustworthiness is the primary thing I look for in people, and that is why my rating is what it is.

+ -1 moreWhen they finally arrived almost 6 hours later than expected with no notice, the contractors worked very efficiently and competently. They were skilled and hard working. After experiencing excessive rain water run off in one area they returned and installed a splash guard. All of the people were very friendly and professional.
Description of Work: Installed a badly needed new gutter on one side and installed their mesh gutter protection system on all house gutters. Later installed a splash guard to divert excessive water run off in one area.

+ 0 moreBe sure to negotiate for the best possible price. The first price given was $1,000 higher. Installation went smoothly, but we needed more details on an additional down spout from the sales person. In the end we decided not to add another down spout. I have a call in for an inspection on one corner of the roof where the shingles are no longer tight against the roof. Excellent at returning calls.
