The price was a bit high but the water heater was the best quality and the plumber did excellent work and cleaned up everything. I recommend him highly.

Project: Install 2 new toilets. Did it quickly and a fantastic job, even did a little extra he didn't have to. It's nice to be able to trust a company to do a great job, will use Home Works again, great from start to finish!!

The fixed rate pricing is quite high even for a unionized state such as MN in my opinion. This said, I was given the option to decline the quote in a professional and non-pressured manner. Bottom line - excellent work but pricey.

I would think twice about using HomeWorks Plumbing Heating Air again. The plumber who came out determined that a dishwasher hose was leaking. He tried tightening a valve but forgot to do one very important thing. He never tested the dishwasher to see if he hypotheses was correct. After he left, I ran my appliance and the hose continues to leak. If he would have tried the dishwasher to see that it wasn?t working, he could have tried to figure out what was really causing the leak. Now I have to have either call them out again or find someone else who can really diagnose the problem.

Quick service by licensed plumbers. Work finished product install looks good and cleanup done.

We were quoted $399 for the complete job. But when they got here they just finished the inside is for $499 and said it would be around $1000 to finish the outside faucet. What work they did was fine but did not like the change in price. We finished the work ourselves.

We noticed a water spot on our ceiling in the basement and were very concerned. HomeWorks responded to my inquiry right away and was able to get a plumber out to us the next day. Awesome repair guy (Adam Renville)! Super friendly, knowledgeable, explained our options thoroughly and did an amazing job! The work was done same day. I also like that they charge by the job, not by the hour. Will definitely use them again if/when we need someone! Highly recommend!!

Asked for estimate when appointment booked. Was told plumber would evaluate what needed to be done and inform us price at that time. Trip fee would not be refunded if work not done. Gas dryer was hooked up following new flooring placement satisfactorily. Fee was $500 for that which seemed high. New flooring was scratched after he finished even though we had rugs under front and back. Toilet needed to be installed only. My husband had removed and disposed of old toilet prior to floor being installed. Hook up was all that was needed, but we were quoted $700 for toilet which included removal of old toilet and disposal of old toilet. We did not need these services, but no adjustment to price was made. Then plumber told us toilet we had purchased could not be installed with our current pipe access. We would have to tear up floor and replumb. My husband did mention to him that he thought it could be done by carefully pulling pipe up about 1/4 inch thru floor. Plumber still said it could not be installed due to position of pipe. We considered installing it in different bathroom at which time plumber said he only had 15 minutes left so he didn?t know if he would have time. Are they just allotted a set amount of time for a job? He left without installing toilet. My husband installed toilet in same bathroom the next day with little problem. So I guess we saved $700, but would not use this plumber again.

The technician was late 20 minutes. Apparently the dispatcher was fed my old phone number. When I scheduled my request I mentioned to change it to my current iPhone number. The dispatcher and technician were expecting a call from my old phone number which will never happen. I called and checked why the technician has not showed up yet. That is when the dispatcher told me why he was late. I was calling the technician from my new iPhone and he would not respond to my call. Other wise the technician was well qualified to the work He completed installing my new faucet as promised. He cleaned up his mess and arranged the old faucet neatly in the new faucet packagi

They are very good service clean up after they finish and even put a rug to protect our floor explain everything they where doing

On our initial visit by Homework, the pipes were clogged under the laundry tub. A drain cleaning company would not touch it because the pipes were old and corroded. Because the laundry tub was concrete vintage 1953, and part of the pipe was embedded in the actual tub. The clogged pipes could not be replaced. We ended up replacing the laundry tub, several pipes, and a condensation drainage tube from the furnace and brought the whole thing up to code. Then we had to replace a condensation pump a few days later. The total came to $4300. It sounded expensive to us. We went with it because other plumbers could not get to us for a quote until the 1st week in August. Also, we needed to have it fixed so we could wash clothes. The plumbers that worked with us were very nice and were able to do the job the next day. We just were not ready to have this expense.

Be sure what they tell you is what they follow up on. They didn't tell me I was going to have a gap behind my sink with the counter top. They also used some gunk to seal it up and ruined about an inch all around my sink. I am very disappointed because I would have thought with the money I spent on the job it would have been better and no a mess. I have had contractors out before and when they left you would not have know they were there. Not with this company. They left a bucket and slivers all over the floor. just a mess

I needed a faucet replacement. When the company called they told me they had a wide selection of faucets for me to choose from but when the technicians arrived they only had two faucets. I did not like the faucets and they didn't even offer to get different ones. The service was also extremely expensive just to replace a faucet. I just wish the service was what they explained when they initially came out for the estimate.
