Oddly enough, the installers were going to leave the job completed with no filter. Strange ,since everything else was exceptional. This prevented me from giving a 5, since you shouldnt have to beg to get a filter.

They were very friendly and cleaned up the area when complete

I have verified this company's diagnosis with Trane. However, what they failed to bring up was the heat exchanger is under warranty. The repairs from the authorized Trane dealer are $1,000 less than their quote. I was impressed by the attention given to me by the company.

The actual work done was excellent. I did feel they were not as easy to communicate with as some other pros. I would call them and the customer service person would take a message have someone who could answer my question call me back. This would not stop me from hiring them again but was not very convenient.

I thought the $400 per hour they asked for was way out of line, but they negotiated. On the plus side, they were organized and efficient. Plumbers problem solving skills not as good as they should be. His initial reaction was this can't be done until I showed him how to solve the problem or I found the needed part online. On the plus side, they were here quickly and were neat and clean, office kept in touch.

Hello, while we were initially satisfied with the work completed, after the install was complete, we have had lots of issues. The only problem with the initial install was that they scratched our wood floors at the top of the stairs while bringing the water heater in. We have had a LOT of trouble since the install was completed. The invoice was wrong and we had to get that fixed. The warranty claim is misleading from how it was explained to me and how it showed up on the invoice. It wasn't even there to being with so I had to get them to add it. AND it turns out that they installed a water heater that didn't qualify for a Energy Credit as I requested. So we are out the money for the rebate. It took a long time to get answers back about this. Finally, we had them out to quote another job and it was DOUBLE what someone else quoted for us. Seems they low balled us to get our business in the first place (and installed what I would say is the WRONG water heater) and sign us up for their membership plan (which I have now canceled) just because they thought they could replace our boiler for us too. We are using another company for that job and will not be doing business with HomeWorks again.

Josh (plumbing) was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have some systems in our home that we have never had before (sprinklers, water softener, sump pump) and he provided advice and tips on them (not much on the sprinklers since they don't work on those systems). He thoroughly inspected the systems and water quality and patiently and thoroughly answered all of the random questions I had. He arrived at the scheduled time and completed everything efficiently. Would recommend.

Plumber was missed the window by 1.5 hours; I agreed for him to still come out due to the urgency of the job. Ended up only getting 1 of 2 jobs done. A quote to reinstall a toliet was 2x the amount from a bid from another company. I think they are overpriced / late. Overall- no I wouldn't go through them again.

Thomas arrived on time. Took extra time to answer all my questions. Performed job immediately. Cleaned up and took trash to dumpster. Very personable and knowledgeable. Job is beautiful done.

Once in my home, he was knowledgeable, friendly and had a caring attitude. I had a list of items that needed to be done. He then gave me a complete breakdown of the estimated costs. I then chose which projects I needed done today. Josh gave me regular updates during the hours he and the team were in my home. The email billing worked perfectly. Jeremy was very professional. Right before he started, I got an emergency call from work and he was very patient while I was dealing with it and figuring how to get everything done. I wish I had been able to concentrate more on what he was telling me, especially the home repair/maintenance plan as I think it might have been worth purchasing.

Thomas Erronis is a epitome of what customer service should be! He was knowledgeable, efficient, fun, and most of all professional. He explained every step to me and gained my trust right away. While my repair was an unexpected expense at no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of. I was offered options and Thomas's integrity was genuine and thoughtful. Not only will I hire again, I'll use this company for all my heating and plumbing needs in the future. We need more service professionals of this caliber.
