Kevin was available on short notice on Saturday! Very experienced. Described cause of clogged drain; explained related sewer issue. Gave clear estimate and what work he would do. He cleared clogged house drain which cleared backed up sink. Also cleared related sewer clog- both due to food from kitchen drain/disposal. Cleaned up the mess near where he the opened the main pipe. Did not clean other areas in same room with water/food mess. Didn’t get estimates for comparison.

Agent was friendly and helpful. Recommend other updates throughout the house with large price tags but wasn’t pushy at all.

Overall I thought the HomeWorks team was outstanding. They provided great service were kind and friendly and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Very professional with a focus on communication with the customer. Completed the repair work I needed done and pointed out other potential issues that would be issues in the next 2 years. Gave me a list of options with costs. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Cost was more than what I initially expected but they fixed problems that was left from a plumber from another company who had taken shortcuts that caused my leaking problem.

Plumbing is expensive! I don't know of many jobs where you earn $250 an hour! Now I know why he showed up in a brand new van.
