I liked that he took a gentle approach to the old pipes and was able to fix the problem without causing more damage plus he didn't try to tell me everything else that might be wrong! Honest and efficient!

They had a very professional presentation. The repair was not done correctly during initial appointment and I had to call them to return to do it correctly. I also feel like I paid to much for the repair.

The plumber was professional, clean, nice, & quick. The company lives up to their pizazz. However, you will pay for it. $500 to replace a garbage disposal. And we were quoted $500 to fix four aucet(we declined that) We balked at the cost and were talk to a manager. He used guilt tactics to have us keep their company to do the job. That put a poor taste in our mouths. He did lower the price by $101 dollars. So if you have extra $$$ to throw around, go ahead and call these guys. We should've just done our homework and had Home Depot do it for $250.

Gave great advice and did a great job

Had a damaged sewer line that needed repair. They came out to diagnose the problem, used a video camera to confirm the problem area. They were able to start that very afternoon and finished by noon the next day. Replacing the damaged pipe, installing two access points for any future work and repaired the water line that they accidentally snagged. All the work was given the OK by the City Inspectors and they finished and cleaned up the area to my satisfaction. The Fee was within the price range, considering they were able to start that very afternoon.

Great pair of guys to deal with

I don't think the guy knew how to solve our problem properly. He didn't take time to properly diagnose the real issue but instead just said you need this or that. Was on site for less than 20 mins and he didn't really fix the issue. Our drains are still slow.
