Buck was responsive and I was able to set up an appointment for an estimate right away. When it was time to do the work, Rick showed up with the crew and the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The crew was very attentive to noise and impact on mine and my neighbor's property. Gutters were part of this scope of work and a separate crew came in to provide the gutters. Again, quick, professional and friendly. A pleasure to work with Eagle and they have my recommendation.

I had water damage to my hardee board siding. Brandon and his team were very responsive. They worked quickly and did a nice job. I knew everything they were going to do, and was given caveats up front that they wouldn't know what they were totally up against until they saw underneath the boards. They showed me what was going on underneath the boards and explained everything that had to be done. I never felt like they were padding the work, and they did everything needed to mitigate future water and repair the existing damage. The estimate was well within the final charge. I would definitely use them again.

Emailed Eagle Siding through Angie's List due to water leaking onto my top floor ceiling from the roof. They promptly called me and explained it is likely due to ice dams on my roof and not due to a significant leak that needs repair. I really appreciated the advice to save money on a service call for someone to visit my house. Caller was very professional and helpful. Given positive experience, will contact them again for future needs.

We needed a minor roof repair- flashing needed to be nailed down and I spent all day yesterday calling around and begging handymen and roofing contractors to come over and take a look, no luck at all. Either all were booked out until next Spring or the job was not worth their time and effort to come out. I called Buck with Eagle Siding headquartered in Burnsville and he offered to come out within the hour and take care of the repair. WOW, just wow...he came out, nailed the sucker down and made additional minor repairs as well. His charge was very fair for a simple job, but I would not hesitate to refer them or call them back if we had siding or roofing issues in the future. He was thorough, prompt, professional. pleasant and very responsive. Thanks Buck!!

Eagle Siding did a great job! They finished the project early and the quality of the work was excellent. They paid close attention to the details and were very good with communicating all the updates. We plan to hear them again to replace windows and doors.

We hired Eagle siding to replace our siding, wrap our windows with maintenance free aluminum, replace the gutters/soffit and fascia. We also had them install our new front door which we ordered from Lowes. We worked with Buck Christensen and Rick Schwab. We were extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend. The were prompt, courteous and their contractors were great. We were really pleased with the end product. We never felt that they didn't have our best interests in mind and its evident they care about delivering good customer service. We had zero problems with this company despite the relatively larger size of our project which required several different contractors (siding, gutters, masonry work and door installation). Buck and Rick were helpful in suggestions needed to get through project pointing out helpful tips throughout the process and were open to discussing questions that we had. Highly recommend.

Buck and all of his employees were absolutely great. Buck did a fine job negotiating with our homeowners insurance company on our behalf. His crews were efficient, courteous, hard-working. Upon completion, the cleanup was done very well. Buck and his team were great! I felt like I was working with people who genuinely cared about me as a customer. I never felt pressured to “sign on the dotted line”. They worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Even when I had a change order mid project- wanting to add soffit and facia, it was no big deal and they got it done! Their prices were fair and honest, they never tried to over charge me for things that didn’t need to be done. I work in property management and work with vendors every day and I have to say these guys are way ahead of the competition. I would highly recommend them!

Eagle siding did a great job on our roof and siding we hired them to build our deck. The deck is beautiful and is the envy of friends, family and neighbors! Don’t just think of Eagle for roof and siding work, they do a fine deck as well!!!

We had previously used Eagle Siding, Inc. in 2014, and were extremely satisfied with their work. We didn't hesitate to contact them again for the repairs to our home in 2017. Eagle Siding's owner, Buck Christiansen, was there with our insurance adjuster, and was very helpful to us making sure that all the necessary repairs were going to be covered by our insurance provider. Within a week of receiving the funds from our insurance provided, Eagle Siding was there making the repairs, and completing their work. Their work was ourstanding!

I hired Eagle siding in 2016 to install new siding on my home. About one year later we had a small water infiltration issue due to some abnormalities where the siding was flashed to the deck. The issue arose at the worst time possible, right before our house was to go on the market. I contacted Eagle Siding in the evening and they responded that night and had someone on sight proposing solutions the next business day. The issue was corrected within a week--no charge--during their busiest month of the year (following several storms). Many siding companies use similar products and every service company will run into quality issues from time to time. What separates great companies from the rest is a company's customer service: responsiveness and willingness to stand by their service and products. Eagle Siding is one of the best I've encountered in this regard. I would recommend them to anyone.

The new siding looks fantastic! Working with Eagle Siding was easy and they always kept us updated on the project and informed of the progress. Everything went great! Had met with a few other company's, however, Buck (the owner) seemed like the guy to go with. He was always available to answer my many questions. Then there's Rick (the Project Manager, Go-to-Guy, Right-hand man)--this guy always amazed me. If I had something that still needed to be done, I just contacted him and he was here in no time. Buck said that people usually liked Rick better; well i have to say they are both equally great guys. The crews they had were always professional and courteous. They always left the the area picked up and clean (maybe even better than when they started). Eagle Siding is a top notch company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done and likes the kind of work ethic, skill, efficiency and camaraderie, that this group has to offer.

When you contract with a company you have certain expectations and it should be a relative simple process once the work begins. Everything Eagle Siding replaced went very well and all of my expectations were met. As you would expect there are some things that need attention that aren’t seen until exposed. Each time something was found someone from the crew would talk to me about it and we would come up with a solution to remedy the problems as they arose. This is what you would and should expect to get the work done properly and it further instilled confidence for me in Eagle Siding.
