Description of Work: I used Marsh via Costco. They installed a new furnace only. The price I listed as cost was before rebates. They were timely and cleaned up well after themselves, overall everything went as smooth as one could hope for.

Description of Work: I was concerned my A/C condenser was not working at rated cooling efficiency; i.e., the unit could not hold an indoor temperature of 76° on hot days. The technician arrived on schedule, performed a thorough check of suction line and liquid line pressures, and temperature differential across the evaporator (A coil). All checks were good, and the unit was deemed to be working at rated cooling efficiency.
