We brought the car in because of the noise. They checked it out and determined the brakes needed clearing & adjustment. The work was done in a timely fashion. Brakes worked better & noise is gone.

Especially the gentleman named John was phemonenal! He took it to a car wash and kept it over night to stay warm for free! They are just wonderful people. Took the car in on Tuesday and they were done by Wednesday. Two other places told me that it would be a 3-5 day minimum. They were very fast! They really seem to care about the customer and the cars!

They are excellent. They are honest and do good work. They stand behind their work. We have been using them for about 20 years. They are very responsive. They sell cards where we get two free oil changes and 20% off on repairs. The last time the oil change was part of the card that we bought. They are not the cheapest but they are competitive.

Now it works._x000D_|_x000D_|One point to consider is that I called them for a dead battery a few weeks later and they were unable to send a wrecker to get the car started. So I had to use a different service. That's why I gave them a "B" for responsiveness.

They realized when they were about to replace the oxygen sensor that the hose (or boot) leading up to it had holes / cracks. Together we decided to first change the hose and see if that was really the problem.
Turns out they did not need to change the oxygen sensor and my car runs great! It is not often someone brings their car to the shop and the cost is LESS then the original estimate.

They said that it was running fine. They said that that noise would be normal for the age of the car And that I should not worry about it.I asked them how much it was going to cost and they said no charge since it didn't require any actual work. I was blown away. When I do have an actual problem of my car I definitely will go back to them. It is nice to find an honest mechanic.

Had the car towed in as it stranded my daughter as the alarm system failed and over-rode the ignition (could not start the car). Within a couple hours the work was done and no more problems.

They give the estimate ahead of time and report in while they are working on the car if anything else comes up. they always get authorization before doing repairs.

Fabulous! They replaced all belts, but were clear that replacing all wasn't needed (labor was less expensive if we completed all at the same time and they gave us that option). They were very careful to be clear what was optional work and why they recommended anything that was above and beyond what's needed; they always do this. They are clear, courteous, a fair value every time, and in all ways exceptional!

They do a great job. They approach maintaining you car as if it is there own. They will tell you when they notice something that does not need immediate attention but will in the future.
